I like target. Comparing to Walmart, target has prettier products at little higher price. Reasonable. Customer service is very good too. Only thing is, I went to a different target one day and had a feel bad experience. I used WIC card to purchase baby formula and the cashier had to get manager only to find out they dont accept WIC. Apparently WIC freezes their system. They were not rude or anything like that but the experience was bitter. So I figured I better call in to find out if this target accepts WIC. They said they dont accept it. All targets share system and they are looking forward to a system upgrade. That sounded fair. However, I went there to purchase normal products and at the entrance, there had a sign saying [Maryland WIC accepted here]. I think they need to remove the sign or have the system upgrade soon to be able to accept WIC for real. It might confuse other users as well. I would give 5 stars otherwise.

I have been going here for many many years. Never really had a huge/ major issue until i returned a phone. I had the receipt and packaging however one of the ladies at the front desk customer returns was EXTREMELY rude and not nice. I tried to file a complaint via there website I only received one reply from Lauren Melnick. She never bothered and or had the courtesy to follow up/ call me or anything of the sort! I giving this overall a 3.5 because of the overall nice and acceptable staff, Return policy and prices are reasonable/ fair. I was able to return the phone and i did get my money back, however it was a left to be desired return experience.

very disappointed at their customer service. I pay my monthly bill in full diligently every month, but last month Target received my full payment ONE day late due to the SNOW STORM (my bank auto sent out the payment but I guess my bank was closed on the day when they should send out the check due to snow storm) and I was charged $26 late fee. I called and emailed with their customer service multiple times and they sternly responded no credit for my late fee. No mercy, horrible attitude and no flexibility. Horrible feeling.

Everyone there is always so helpful and friendly. The registers are well managed. The store is always stocked well and merchandise easy accessible. I can get everything I need at one location and pay less. I love the fact that this location has a Starbucks. It is a busy Store and parking is often difficult. Get a red card and save 5% , stack it with manufacture coupons and Targets Card wheel App discounts for even more savings.

The Target Mobile representative here was very informative and patient with my mobile needs. Mr. Jabari had a lot on his plate dealing with many customers around him but still greeted me on a timely fashion and provided amazing service! He taught me so much about the electronics department that I didnt know walking into the store. This encounter made my Target experience phenomenal!

I love this target. I know where everything is and even if you dont its pretty easy to navigate. Its always clean and organized. The starbucks is always great after a shopping spree. The market is good and has alot of variety -little pricey- but then again so are most things at Target. Would complain about some employees not being helpful but the majority are and are very nice.

Lousy phone customer service! Trying to find out if a sale item is in-stock before driving 10 miles to the store. Left on hold for unacceptable lengths of time (repeatedly). Disconnected by their phone service after no one would re-pick up the call. A very unsatisfied customer.

On the phone, asked if an item is in stock, and get told that "I cant help you unless you have the item ID" this person was very rude and did not help me while the Target in Columbia, MD did, asked the same question and actually goes and looks for the item.

Do you like Target? Well, then, go to Target. Its basically the same as every other Target out there. Which is to say - better than WalMart. Clean, well staffed, and not indifferent to customers. The food isnt much to write home about.

I love target for all their great deals. Didnt give them 5 stars just this time due to the long lines, broken registers and unclear sales. It says 20% clothes and accessories, I would think that should include kids hats but it didnt.
