I took in a prescription to be filled approximately 3pm. I had just left the emergency room with instructions to fill the prescription and start taking that day for an blood clot infection. The pharmacy said it would be 30 minutes. They said they would text us when it was ready. They never texted me and we went to the CVS at seven to pick up only to discover they closed at 6. This pharmacy is the worst I have ever dealt with. On another occasion they filled a prescription that is on going and charged me $50 vs. the standard $20. I didnt find out until later because my husband picked the prescription up and he thought it was normal. I tried to get my money refunded and they told me it was too long. They also tried to charge me $50 for the same another time and told me it was because the drug was generic that it was $50 vs. $20. I always thought the generic saved you money. They are never ready when they say they are going to be and when you go they always say they are working on it now. It can be a hour later a day later etc. but you are told the same thing.

Worst service ever. Dont know how they stay in business. They leave a message saying your prescription is ready and when you get there to pick it up they tell you it will be 30 minutes. I have prescriptions that are due for refill but in their computer I cant refill it for another month. Seems like everything is a problem. The guy with the dark hair all the face piercings is a control freak. I had 2 prescriptions to be filled (not narcotics or anything you can even overdose on). He decided I shouldnt be able to fill them at the same time because I dont take one as often as the other. Ive been doing this for years and Ive never had a problem before. Half the time they dont have enough to fill the prescription so I have to pay for it twice. Go to Saubles they have a new pharmacy. I went there when CVS didnt have enough to fill one of my prescriptions. The service was great, and they could fill the prescription. I will be having all of my prescriptions filled there from now on.

WARNING, I have been taking prescriptions daily for over 14 years and used several pharmacy. This pharmacy is the absolute worst one. They should not be in business. I have been going there now for 4 months. For three months they had my name misspelled. Took the 4th month to finally get it right and it is only a 5 letter last name. I get 4 prescriptions monthly and not one was completed when scheduled via phone, online or called in by the Doctor. It takes an average 1-2 days of fighting, several phone calls to get one filled. Some it up as incompetence and unbelievable. Switching ASAP and reporting to the Board of Pharmacy of PA

Ive personally never had a problem here. Everyone is amazing and helpful, my scripts are always filled the day I take them in. It gets really busy in the evening, so I try to stop by a little later in the afternoon. I think the main problem is that they have too many customers and not enough techs or pharmacists. I really wish they had more staff to help with their customer demand.

The pharmacy here is terrible they are slow rude and dont care about the customer. They have messed up on many times prescriptions that have come across the consultation desk. And they call and tell its ready then its about another 45 wait when u get here because they said they were to busy which they havent been

Ive been going to this pharmacy for a while now, I call in the prescription and then again to see when its ready. If theres a problem with it getting filled they call and let me know. I dont wait because they keep in touch.

If you need a prescription, youll die before its ever filled. Edit: nine months later, Im here again, and Ive been waiting over an hour for a prescription that was to be ready four hours ago.
