The quality of the cantaloupe and honeydew was mushy like over ripe melons and the owner refused to speak to me about the arrangement or to discuss other edible options. More important, the owner unitarily decided to contact the purchaser despite the fact I specifically told the salesperson I did not want to bother the purchaser with this matter because she was grieving the loss of a close family member. I contacted the store 4 hours after the arrangement arrived and essentially, I was blamed for not putting the arrangement in the refrigerator. I explained there were no instructions to refrigerate and if the arrangements are appropriate for cook-outs then they should hold up for a few hours on a kitchen counter during the coldest winter months in a home with the thermostat set at 68 degrees. I was put on hold (about 10 minutes) and then told I would get a call back the same day. Since I did not get a call, I called the next morning. Again, I was put on a long hold and then told the owner decided to make an arrangement of 3 fruits with none of the fruit dipped in chocolate as in the initial arrangement. I asked if I could speak to the owner about other edible arrangements options. I was put on another long hold and finally told the owner would not speak to me and that he was going to call the purchaser and return the money. I know my friends and I will not use this store again. And, I recommend using another EdibleArrangements store when you want to make an edible arrangement purchase.

My husband buys me Edible Arrangements from here all the time. They have always been ok...on the decline though. I had one issue in which the fruit was hard, not sweet, just a bad arrangement. I called and spoke with a guy named Ken who advised it would be replaced with no issue. I called back to get a replacement, and the alleged real manager told me that I needed a receipt, which I did not have and basically gave me the run around to get it replaced. I felt she was not customer service oriented and she did not honor what the other employee told me. UNFAIR!! My husband pulls up the transaction on his bank statement to get it replaced ....but it wasnt completely fresh. The manager said it was made that day, but I dont believe it... she just stuck in the chocolate covered bananas randomly....F for presentation and maybe its the season...but the fruit was not very good. My husband will definitely need to find another location

If you want good service do not order from this location. They cannot guarantee a delivery time and will give you a window like Comcast. I have done business with many edible arrangement franchises and this is far the worst. A friend of mine was having something delivered to me for the loss of my mother and because I was still at the memorial service it couldnt be delivered and when I called them back today some idiot on the phone said he couldnt guarantee a time today(Sunday) and then I asked about Monday before 1pm he couldnt guarantee that. Then the idiot Manager got on the phone was just as bad as him. Customer service goes a long way and the owner Peter should put all of his employees at this location in Customer service 101z

Ordered on 02/11/2017. Asked for delivery from laurel to laurel for my grand daughters valentine day. Received a call on 02/12/207 confirming my order. Got off work 2/14/2017 and called an recording stated call the 1-877 number. Called the number was told we apologize an there is nothing we can do. Then the rep said its been like this all day an she didnt t think she would even think she was going to continue to work there. Really! Im a pissed of customer I didnt yell or curse was professional. But really.
