First off the only positive reviews of this place are from the workers that work there. This location is a joke and needs corporate to get involved immediately, I bought an arrangement for my wife for her anniversary. She works in a retail store in a 5 store shopping center in a small town. I was guaranteed delivery by 4pm. At 4:30 i asked her if anything special has came she responded no. I called this location the one where i did the order the previous morning. I get told the delivery driver is on the way and should be there in 5 minutes... She works 10 mins from the location. She got off at 7pm nothing came. I went to the store the following day and was told the delivery driver couldnt find the shopping center. Which was the second lie of the day. Then was told my transaction didnt go through ( i paid with cash). The last and final straw for me is I asked well just give me the arrangement and I will take it myself. IT WAS NOT MADE YET. This is not the location you want to use if you are looking to do something special. After waiting for them to make it all the fruit was mushy pineapple dry and hard. I came back to work and talked to my co-workers and all told me "everyone knows not to go there they are terrible, they use old fruit, you have a 50/50 shot of getting it right, you have a 50/50 shot of actually getting it delivered" Please read this review and please go elsewhere. Nothing about this location says romance or any type of professionalism. GO ELSEWHERE!

This was the worst customer service Ive experienced in a long time. I missed the first initial delivery attempt. 2 days later they reach out to me. I call them in the morning expecting a return phone from the manager Sony to schedule my delivery. By 430pm that afternoon, I follow back up and am told, they tried to reach me but I never returned the phone call. Say what?! So they schedule the delivery for Saturday because I was going to be unavailable on Friday. Saturday around 5pm, I check my phone and see a missed call. The voicemail states they attempted to delivery but no one was home. Say what?! Not only was I home the whole day, my car was parked in the driveway. The delivery guy didnt ring the doorbell or knock on the door. The Store Owner, Patish, called stating he would delivery Monday with a complimentary order. Needless to say, the original order was not fresh and some how there was no complimentary order either. I will never use this location ever again. I would have given them a half a star.

Had a order to be delivered to my daughters school from her father for Valentines day and it never made it dispute the fact that it clearly said deliver before 2:45. Went up to the store to pick it up (per instructions from corporate since the store wouldnt answer the phone) and when I get there theres a crowd af angry customers basically in the same situation Im in asking where there order is. Not to mention the phones ringing off the hook of probably more angry customers. When I get to the counter and explain how my daughter never received her delivery he proceeds to tell me that its with the driver so he calls the driver and the driver States no he doesnt have it then he goes to the back and comes back out and says its with another driver....I then explain that Valentines Day is over and schools are closed so whats going to happen. He States they will make a new one and try to deliver it again tomorrow but tomorrow is not Valentines Day so that defeats the purpose overall just dont use this place its a mess

I got EA for a family suffering from a loss. I really wanted to send them EA but I was concerned about this location based on the bad ratings I saw on here. I searched everywhere for a different spot but didnt find anything so I went to the shop (thinking about canceling my order). I looked in their pick-up-order fridge to get an idea of their work and it looked good. The staff was really nice and not your typical Prince George rudeness. The man was very helpful and assuring. So I too a risk and went with it. Im glad I did. Everything turned our wonderful and the family was happy. They posted picture of them eating it and how they were so grateful. They LOVED it and I felt so good getting this from them. Upper Marlboro could have been bad at one time IDK but this was actually the best EA I have orders. They werent stingy with the chocolate or fruit. It looked great.

Ordered same day and established a pick up time of 5:30. Noted closing time of 7pm. At 5:43pm received a phone call from the employee saying they were closing at 6. When I reminded them of the published closing time, the employee said that was on the general website then corrected herself and said well the manager usually stays until 7, but I am closing at 6 with the manager's permission. I arrived at 6:05 after calling at 6:03. No one was there. I received a call the following day at 5:46 and spoke to the same employee. Attitude did not improve. The customer's needs should be accommodated if possible. No effort was made to do so. In fact, it seemed like they considered it a favor that they "courtesy" called me at all. So for my $66, I received a day old product and terrible customer service.

I placed an order at 4am yesterday for delivery anytime during the day. It said they were available. So as yesterday goes by I call their location maybe 30 times from 12pm-9pm, its either busy like the phone is off the hook or no answer. I even called directly after they put the phone back on, no answer. So I go to sleep at 930 after waiting around. Wake up at 11pm to my phone frantically going off, theyre outside at 11pm to deliver. Meanwhile they say the last delivery is 9pm and Ive gotta wake up at 230am. I used them last year without any hitch, dont know what happened this year.

Unscrupulous- I live in Michigan. I ordered an expensive Mothers Day arrangement for my mother, who lives in Maryland, through the Edible Arrangements web site. This Upper Marlboro franchise took the order. The arrangement was promised for Mothers Day. However, it was NEVER delivered, even though precise directions and multiple methods of contact were provided. I have been trying to get a refund for almost a month with no success.

They have messed up deliveries twice in the span of a year. After receiving the package late both times the fruit was soggy and didnt have the same sweet taste of edible arrangements Ive received and given from other shops in the past. I will give them credit for trying to quickly rectify the situation, however I have asked friends and family not to send me edible arrangements anymore.

Terrible place. They take your money and dont deliver. You ask for a refund and they stop answering your phone calls. Corporate is no help at all. Refunding 70 dollars for a non delivery shouldnt put you out of business and if it does you shouldnt be in business in the first place. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!!
