The first batch of flowers that were delivered were terrible they were wilted and dying. When my girlfriend called she was told that they would bring out a new bouquet. The new bouquet did not have any roses in it whatsoever. I paid good money for what was supposed to be a beautiful flower arrangement to bring a smile to her face. When the delivery driver arrived with the new bouquet he proceeded to tell her how to take care of them. That seems to infer to her that she wasnt able to take care of the flowers properly and it was her fault that they arrive in bad shape the first time. Although the shop owner Ron is a nice man he doesnt understand that people really do not care about why or when or what happened to mother nature. We just want a product the way its supposed to be. I was able to overlook the first delivery. But the second delivery without any roses in a bouquet just tells me hes cheating me . I have requested a refund that probably will not get far. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

Its funny. What did I LIKE about it??? Nothing. I dont know how much Hydrangeas are or how rare they are in this part of the world,but for the $400 we paid, youd have thought we ordered plaid orchids for our wedding. Worse yet, Lori, who we worked with, had my bride cutting the flowers and attaching them to the arbor today when my bride was supposed to be getting ready for our wedding. Classless. And instead of attaching the rest of the fill in greenery to the arbor, she took it home. This place sucks. Go to Island Flowers if youre in Grasonville MD and need some fresh looking flowers that will cover more then 3% of a wedding arbor.

I just left Stieglers Florist shop. I am in town for a wedding and I needed to get a dozen yellow roses at the last minute. Out of the 10 stores I called, they were the only one that had the roses in stock. The roses were gorgeous and he provided phenomenal service. Shops like these are why I prefer to shop at local businesses than a chain. Excellent quality and service is always greater than any discount price.

Stieglers is near my house and although in a small building, the people who work there are friendly and helpful in selecting just the right floral arrangement for any occasion. The prices are reasonable, a big plus as well.
