Great Customer Service! I ordered online and made a mistake on the card, so I called and they fixed it! I also got a phone call stating my order was ready well before my time that I had requested. When I arrived, I got my birthday goodies for my mom in law, but did not think to check it. I did not notice that the small birthday balloon was missing until I got to the birthday party. Sigh. So I called and asked for a refund, Andy said that he would do that, but he also offered me the option for me to come back and get an upgraded balloon bundle for no extra charge for the mess up. I politely declined because I was already at the party and traffic was picking up, so he offered to deliver them to the party free of charge! What outstanding customer service! Andy went above and beyond to make sure the birthday bundle for mother in law was perfect! I really appreciate that! This is what customer service is about! Will gladly use their service again.

Went to the website where it states it is now a to-go location. Drove all the way there on my short lunch break, no one was in the front. It was cool a bell rang a lady came from back. I was looking around and it didnt look like it had to-go food. I asked the lady. She said no. I said oh. I was trying to come here for lunch. Online it says your a to-go store. She said no not yet. She turned to go back in the back. No biggie I just wasted my time, energy and gas to patronage your business. Lol

Ordered a basket at 9am for one of our coworkers. They delivered a delicious, big and colorful fruit arrangement at 11:30am. Im pleasantly surprised to say I did not expect service this great so close to Valentines day. Ill be using their services again.
