My trip to casual gourmet, unfortunately, was marginal at best. The iinside of the deli was nice and modern and the food wasnt bad either but the customer service was poor. The girl who took my order was rude and seemed more interested in her phone than taking my order and making me feel welcome and appreciating my business. The wait was a little lengthy about 10 minutes or so, but it seemed much longer because the staff were all either on their phones or chasing eachother around the kitchen...very unprofessional. I would only recommend this deli because of the food, if it wasnt for that that i wouldnt recommend it at all.

I took my grandaughter to Casual Gourmet for lunch. The interior was clean and modern but very crowded with overpriced small gift items and packaged food. The prices for the menu items were beyond outrageous. The sandwiches were average at best. The person taking our order was very rude. She rolled her eyes and sighed loudly because we wanted to look at the menu before placing our order. When we asked to use the restroom we were told the rest room was for employees only, customers were not allowed. I was shocked. I thought having restroom facilities were mandatory for businesses serving food.

I went in and was first struck by the outrageous prices on store items. From food to cookware they were out of league even by Williams Sonoma standards. But hunger drove me into the shop and I ordered a shrimp salad wrap. I paid my $8 and they went to work. The delivered me a tiny portion that would have amounted to half of what one might expect at any other eatery. The filling was sparse and there was more wrap than salad. And it was salty to the point of inedible. In short avoid this place though that may not be an issue as I predict they are not long for being in business.

Poor. The door shows Sundays hours as 10 to 4. The website shows 11 to 4. I arrived at 11:04 & the door was locked and the "OPEN" sign was lit. We sat in the car and called several times; no answering service, no answering machine. These people cant be serious! As we waited for the next 20+ minutes we watched 7 people come up, check the door and walk away either to their vehicle or to the neighboring Subway restaurant. This place will be outta business in no time. (Ok, 4 more people that makes 11 now, 14 counting us) Goodbye, Casual Gourmet!

Our family topped in spur of the moment and were pleasantly surprised. We had delicious sandwiches prepared for carry out. Loved the eclectic mix of gifts and food. Very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back to spend more time perusing all of the gift items.

The place has crazy prices the people who work there are more interested. There cell phone and there food is horrible I would not recommend you to go there especially if you dont have a $100 bill in your pocket

Very nice workers and atmosphere. You can tell that people who work there are hard working. Food is very yummy :-) its a great one stop shop for all the gift needs while you get lunch or breakfast coffee.
