Went in looking for a particular book. Didnt see anyone working (because he was sitting low in a chair behind the counter, I later learned), so I looked for my book with no success. Proceeded to the counter to ask for help. No greeting from the clerk, he barely looked up from his phone when I said hi. Asked if they had the book, clerk said "um, I dont think so". "Is there a way to find out if you do?" Blank stare. "Is this the only bookstore in this mall?", to which I finally got an answer, and unfortunately it was a yes. Absolutely puzzled and disappointed. Even if you didnt have the book, better customer service would have made a huge difference. If you had the book, I will never know!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. They have a nice selection and decent prices. My favorite is the classics section. It doesnt look like much at first glance but i was very surprised they had some hard finds and a good selection, definitely give it a chance. (plus other than book nook you have no other close options! =P )

Staff is surly and unhelpful, dont even know what they have in stock. I give them a star because I eventually find what Im looking for.
