Highway robbery on textbook rentals: rented a used copy of "Principles of Genetics / Edition 6" at a cost of $93 for 3 weeks. I was very surprised at the high cost, so when I got home I logged on to the B&N site and found the following pricing: Rent from B&N for 60 days NEW: $54.71 Buy used from alternate seller: $93.95 Spoke to head of the textbook dept, he pushed back on me saying some BS about pricing per store location, really but twice as much? He gave me contact info for general manager, I emailed her with my complaint, but never heard back. Unhappy and vastly overcharged

Great seating for reading, lovely souvenir/gift items great book collection for browsing. Nice collection of coffee, drinks, pastries, healthy snacks, etc. in cafe area. I love this place!

While the book store is open to the public, its main customers are Johns Hopkins students. You cant use regular store coupons there buy they still accept the membership card.

2 story bookstore with a coffee bar. Great selection of books, Johns Hopkins related items, games and more. Friendly staff! Plenty of places to sit and read, too.
