I gave three stars because its 24 hours, the employees have never been rude to me and they send texts when your prescription is ready; however, they always look unhappy and the service is alwaysssssssssss slow ALWAYS. Some of them dont pay attention to what theyre doing, they messed up my prescription account by using the wrong card and it took months to get it straight, not to mention the wrong information to reverse it was given to me several times before getting it right thru Caremark, so with that said, this is the worse CVS to go to if you are in a hurry but the best if you have to go anytime any hour of the day. Hire Hire Hire if you need help my goodness.

Two stars just for being 24 hours. I only come here for urgent needs after leaving Prompt care with my children. The attitude is beyond unnecessary, but very fitting for the area. Being a pharmaceutical tech is not the worst job in the world ladies. I only recommend the pharmacy if you need odd hours, but be patient. It takes an hour and a half to fill even an inhaler prescription especially if you cordially, and politely, call ahead to ask how long. Itll only bother them more to have more prescription requests come into their pharmacy smh. Other than that, the store itself is a normal CVS with decent service.

I work in the medical field and this has to be the worst CVS Pharmacy experience I have ever had. the Pharmacy Tech are very unprofessional and dont take working with the public serious. the attitudes are cold and unfriendly. they dont take the time to explain what is going on with your prescriptions if there is a out of stock issue or insurance authorization needed. Its sad that CVS hasnt stepped in to correct the issues. I guess they feel that because of the area we should receive any type of services and be okay with it. Very disappointing.

Im currently on hold for 33:46 minutes and counting. After the first 10 minutes the rep answered the phone and when she found out I wasnt refilling a prescription she placed me on hold. I work in a dental office and I have to call this particular CVS frequently and this is something that happens on a regular. Its so sad that the area has a lot to do with the service you receive. Whendo we the people of these communities say thats enough. When we know better we should dod better. 22:44 minutes and still counting.

I just left this cvs Pharmacy. After they never made my prescription yesterday. And once again, they transfered one med but forgot to call in for the second prescription. When I complained, I was called a dog and an African monkey that need to go back to Africa by the pharmacist. Still sitting here in pain, no mess because Im not sure where to get them from. Im am really upset and offended

I will admit they are extremely slow. However no one has ever been rude to me nor have they messed up my order. The staff have actually gone above and beyond for me more than once when there was an issue with my insurance. In my opinion the wait pisses people off so by the time they get to the register they are so upset that they dont realize how they themselves come across.

I gave 1 star because they are 24 hours i dropped a prescription off left for 3 hours was told it would be ready in 1 or 2 hours came back it hadnt even been touched . Wouldnt have been such a issue if they had called and told me . What makes it so bad is i had a stomach virus

They are very slow there service is terrible and not only that I be on hold for almost and hour they really need help and hire new people. And the lines are very long yesterday I stood in line for and hour waiting for my medicine.
