Shouldve read the reviews for this location-- Ive never had such an issue with a CVS (or any other pharmacy, for that matter) before so I hadnt bothered. Called a few places to find out cash price for a prescription as my insurance is temporarily wonky, CVS quoted me the best price, $61 (I gave all the details-- dosage, how many per day, etc.), so I had them transfer it from my past pharmacy out of the area. I asked if Id receive a phone call when it was ready, or if I should check back after a certain time-- only then did the woman on the phone ask for my phone number, though she didnt actually answer my question. The next afternoon I called to check, was told it would be ready in another hour or so. Fine-- I go to pick it up and the man at the pharmacy drive-through tells me its $145. Um, what?? Couldnt give me a reason why someone had given me an ENTIRELY different price the day before. I told him the only reason Id had it filled there was because of the price, and $145 was a higher price than any of the other places Id called. Fortunately I was able to get it transferred to Costco that same evening, $18 and ready in an hour. Never will I bother with this CVS again. Id give 0 stars if I could, simply being terrible and your job and lying to customers about prescription prices actually messes with peoples lives.

Have to agree with most. One of the worst phamacies in the area. In fact, my search for a good pharmacy bought me to this page, and I cant resist but write abt my experience. Dropped off 2 prescriptions . Got a text message, that "they" are ready for pick up. Went there and they had me wait a good 20 mins before giving only one of the 2. When I asked for the 2nd, they could not find it in their system. The finally found it after 10mins, and asked me to wait for another 5 mins (fair enough). I wanted for over 20 mins staring at the faces of casual pharmacy employees, who were worried abt gossiping more than serving customers. After asking them again, they started filling my prescription. When I asked to see the manager, I was told he was on vacation. When I asked for a backup, they said....I have to talk to the consulting doctor. When I asked for a feedback form, they advised me to call 1800SHOPCVS. That was the last straw, and I was fuming by them. The employees name was Brittany.....and she was completely aloof abt my situation. I was extremely disappointed and angry at the extremely poor customer experience.

Pharmacy is terrible. They have messsed up every single one of my perscriptions that I have taken there. The one prescription I needed daily in order to not go into a life threatening withdraw, they have told me they would order it and have "forgoten to order it" 4 timesnow. Am currently waiting on a prescription that I was told would be ready Thursday. Than it was ordered and would be in on Friday. Than one Friday I was told Saturday. Well not it is Saturday and I was told Monday. I wonder if I will ever get my medications. And not even mention how rude, and seeming incompentent they are. I have issue after issue after issue with this pharmacy, and firmly believe they should hire an entirely new pharmacy staff.

Zero Stars. ZERO!!! The pharmacy is horrible; the ABSOLUTE WORST Ive been in, in any state in the country, in my entire life. I took in a prescription, which should have been filled while I waited. I had to wait 20 minutes before being acknowledged by any of the 4 people working there. I was told to return in 2 hours (WHAT???). I returned 2 hours later, only to be told my prescriptions werent filled, and I was given a single dose. So I was told to return again the following morning. It was a 12 mile drive one way, so I drove 72 miles all told for exceptionally lousy service. The staff obviously needs to be fired and replaced with people who want to do their job.

If I could give negative one star I would. This pharmacy has seriously declined over the past year or so. The are constantly overwhelmed and do not effectively communicate with their customers. For the most part they always seem to be so busy yet nothing gets done... They act like you work for them and they don't have to act the least bit concerned about your situation.. call in by doctor... Drop off and wait for prescriptions.... Please.... You'd be better served driving the extra 10 minutes to calverton which is also a 24 hour cvs. Looks like ok be filling my meds elsewhere... Shame... Because the rest of the store is pretty decent...

I DROPPED OFF A PRESCRIPTION FOR MY 9 YR OLD DAUGHTER TONIGHT AT 7:30PM. AT 9:36 PM I WAS STILL IN THE PHARMACY WAITING ON THE PHARMACIST TO WRAP UP HER PERSONAL PHONE CALL AND PUT IN A CODE TO RELEASE MY AILING CHILDS MEDICINE. EVEN WHEN THE SHIFT CHANGED THE PHARMACIST WAS STILL UNPROFESSIONALLY CONVERSING ON THE COMPANYS TELEPHONE ON HER PERSONAL PHONE CALL. I STATED OUT LOUD THAT I HAD 2 EXTREMELY SICK CHILDREN THAT I NEEDED TO GET BACK TO, AND ALL SHE DID WAS ROLLED HER EYES AND WENT BACK TO MAKING LOVE ON THE PHONE. MY EXPERIENCE TONIGHT WAS VERY ANNOYING I FELT DISREGUARDED, AND DISRESPECTED. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN

The slowest check-out line you will ever experience. Ive been to this pharmacy a few times, but only because theyre the only 24 hour CVS in the area. Im not sure how they are still in business as their clerks seem incapable of processing more than 1 or 2 transactions an hour. Last time I went, a store clerk watched me walk up to the check-out counter with one item in my hand and suddenly announces that she was taking a break. There was also one more employee who was also behind the counter. She was also on her break and refused to process the check-out. I had to go find a manager from the back of the store so that I could buy 1 item.

Ive been trying to keep my business here because I love CVS and this location is super convenient (24 hours and drive through). However, it just no longer makes sense to put myself through the aggrevation and loss of time. The staff can never seem to find my prescriptions and when they do, its the wrong one or they failed to refrigerate it as required. They operate as if they are understaffed but there always seem to be a good amount of people working. The customer service has also gotten very bad so between this and the other factors, Id be putting my daughters health in jeopardy if I continue to support this pharmacy.

I havent been to the pharmacy so I cant speak on it, but I wouldnt base my entire review on just one service of the store anyway. I liked this branch of CVS. It was larger, cleaner, and had a much better variety of items than most Ive been in. The staff that I interacted with (it was 6:00 am) were courteous and very helpful, and the young man on the register even made me laugh, despite the fact that I wasnt feeling well. I dont know if Ill use the pharmacy, considering that Im perfectly happy where I go now. For other drug store needs though, I think Ill go the 3 or 4 minutes out of the way to go to this one.
