I have had several bad experiences picking up prescriptions at this location: 1.) I just picked up a prescription for my husband that was supposed to contain a 90 day supply and there were only 30 pills in the bottle. I called up immediately and they will rectify the situation, but I have to drive back over to the store and hope that a bottle has been left for me to pick up no charge. No discount or other accommodation was offered after their mistake. 2.) I have called many times to see if a prescription is ready, told that it was and arrive to find that they dont have it ready. Once in the middle of July, they told me that they could have it ready for me in 20 minutes after I arrived to find my prescription not filled (after calling and being told it was ready). Since that isnt enough time to drive home, I waited in the parking lot with my three small napping children (under a shade tree, windows down, closely watching my kids the whole time). After 20 minutes of waiting in the heat, I drove back around to discover that they didnt even have my sons medicine in stock. I would have to come back. 3.) Other times, when using the drive through, I have been told that they are too short staffed and I would have to go inside (after waiting in the car line) because they didnt have enough people to staff the drive through window. Unfortunately, we have to use CVS because of my husbands work insurance plan. If we could go anywhere else, I would.

I have been a customer for 10 years and recently in the past 6 months they have screwed up every order I have placed with them and each time I pull up it takes no less than 20 minutes in the drive through to pick up or place an order. Corporate does not respond to emails and the store likes to quote laws that dont exist on a Federal or State level. They are constantly out of my prescription and I have to play this game with ordering several days in advance to make sure they have what I need. I do not recommend this store or CVS at all. They seem to be more interested in if I have a CVS card so they can track my shopping habits over making sure I get my medicine. On more than one occasion I have called my insurance company only to find out that a so called "Law" is really a policy for them to Cover Their A$$. Just an update...nothing has changed in 2017. Unfortunately they are the only ones that carry the meds I need. Seems to be the norm for this place. EVERYONE complains of the same problems. It seems bad attitude comes from up high.

I recently went to the minute clinic at this CVS and had a wonderful experience until I walked over to the pharmacy with my prescription. All of the pharmacy employees showed a complete lack of customer service and were very unprofessional. From the man taking the script order (rude and arrogant) (who also made a sexual innuendo when one of the female reps stated that she blows, his response was "good to know") to the 3 women unpacking boxes (gossiping about how a coworker is worthless at her job etc..) All of this right out and in front of their customers. Lastly the cashier with no service skills what so ever. No hello, no thank you nothing. It felt like i was in line with the soup nazi. I should do another review to compliment the rest of the store however because it is very clean when i go there and well stocked. The cashiers at the front are always nice. My complaint here is strictly with the pharmacy itself not the retail side of this store.

I have been using this pharmacy for about a year without issue. Now I have been battling them for 2 weeks just trying to refill a prescription that I have refilled every month for a long time. They say it needs authorization, sends it to my doctor, he signs it and sends it back, then they say they never received it, or worse, that I had already refilled it and picked it up, which is not true. I have been given the run around for two weeks and still have no resolution. My biggest complaint is the lack of caring, empathy, or understanding from the staff. Not once have they tried to be helpful. Several times that I have called in, my call was dropped and I had to call back and wait all over again. If you have no problems, theyre adequate. But introduce one little snag, and its a horrible experience. I just called in today, and they said I need to start the whole process over again. Its infuriating.

Poorly managed store. Ten minute wait plus run-around to get aspirin from over-the-counter lock box. Why aspirin was in with the meth-making OTCs was unclear. And why the pharmacists cannot unlock the box is also a mystery. On several occasions, I have encountered really rude pharmacy folks. Once, one acknowledged me standing there waiting to check out. She was unpacking boxes and said she would be a minute. I had no problem with her finishing the box she was doing. But then she finished it and started on another one!! Are you kidding me? Bad attitudes, no sense of customer service-- is it that hard to find pharmacists and pharmacy techs that want to do their job? In this economy?! Really?? Can NOT recommend.
