I should have went with my gut. I was told some key graphic people left the company and they were behind but was promised a timely turnaround on a small vinyl sign project. They over promised and under delivered. Come to find out, their prices were 30%+ higher than other local companies. MY mistake for not shopping...wont happen again and these idiots will never get my business nor other business friends I have in the Howard County area. Good luck hunting out there folks, you can do a lot better. The owner has MAJOR attitude problem as if she is doing US a favor.

I needed a banner for a business meeting - quick. Other sign shops were already closing the day before New Years Eve. Thats when I called Fastsigns of Columbia MD. Christi listened to my needs and instructed me on how best to email my design idea to her. The process was seamless ... the banner created was exactly what I wanted and I picked it up the day after New Years, Thank you Christi and FASTSIGNS of Columbia MD.

Negative ! I ordered a second printing of my initial order, and the franchise owner, Christy, reneged on our agreed upon install date. Worse yet, she, nor 2 other co-workers ever mentioned a MINIMUM FEE. They want to charge me DOUBLE for a single item that would have paid for 2 items. She is very inflexible and did not offer any alternative. I will take my business elsewhere.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating! They were willing to work with our preliminary sketches to design something that fit our organizations needs. The installation was done very well and the vinyl wall stickers look very sleek and professional. Theyve installed four pieces so far and will definitely be our first choice for new installations in the future.
