I only used this company to support one of the members who was a sales rep for my BNI group. I went and did a tour of the facility which is quite impressive and then went over a list of items that I needed for a Bridal Show that would take place in 2 weeks. My sales rep told me she would get back to me with prices. Two days later she did and I took a look at them quickly before she took the papers back with notes that I gave her. I never confirmed an order. The first item I needed was business cards. My order was sent to a designer who messed up the design that I created 3 times. Then when I asked if they could make them glossy I never heard a reply. The business cards arrived 24 hours before the bridal show. Not Glossy. There were items that I was interested in purchasing but wanted the costs first. A shot glass was the first of them. Without even giving me options I received a design for a glass shot glass. I replied back to the designer and said I was interested in the tin or metal shot glasses not the glass. She stated that the tin shot glasses wouldnt be ready for the Bridal show. So, I told her to hold off on the order. I received a bill for a design fee. The only thing the designer did was take the image of the shot glass off the website they order them from and drag my logo onto the glass. The design was pixelated. The second item I was interested in were thumb drives. I actually really needed these for my clients. The sale rep found pretty cool plane thumb drives which were perfect for my theme. It took 3-4 weeks for them to arrive and when I tested them none of them worked on any of my mac laptops. I was told that there was nothing they could do. It was my fault for ordering a product that didnt work. I was never told that these products did not work in macs. At the BNI meeting I gave all the thumb drives back to the Sales Rep who was suppose to send them to the company to replace them. After 4 weeks I told her it was way past when I needed to provide these to my clients and I had to order them from another company. I was charged $600 for Thumbdrives that didnt work and were returned. Also prior to this thumb drive without asking me what kind of thumb drive I was interested in I was sent a design for a plain thumb drive. Same situation as the shot glass. I was charged a design fee for this thumb drive too. Magazine- I had a magazine that I was giving to clients and I needed to order additional ones. I brought it in to the Sales Rep and she said to send the files in and they would redesign it. She told me it wouldnt be done in time for the Bridal Show and I said then I would wait. I had about half the booklet in a dropbox when all a sudden I got an email saying the design was done... Design for what? I never sent all my files. I was charged a $150 Design fee and never received the design for the magazine that I never gave them. Polos- My Sales Rep says that she gave me the prices but I dont have the paper nor do I have an email with the prices. When I got the invoice in late September after I had already received the shirts it was for over $325. I only ordered 5 shirts which meant that the shirts were over $60 each. There is no way in hell I would have purchased 5 shirts that I didnt really need for $60+ each. When I asked over in late September what the cost of the shirts were she told me it was $20 per shirt + $90 for the embroidery design + $25 for embroidery that comes to $215 plus tax. Not $323. Not to mention when I came in to try on the shirts I picked out 2 female med & 2 female L and one male XL. When I got the paperwork from your design team the shirts were all messed up and mostly male sizes. I asked my sales rep what sizes the shirts were suppose to be and she told me 2 L & 2 XL. I got the shirts and the XLs are dresses. Also 2 of the shirts the embroidery is already pulled. And its actually very hard to read since they did it so small. When I questioned the company I was threatened to have legal action if I didnt pay for the items I never received and I was called a liar.

Good morning Ben, I just wanted to make you aware of an amazing act of kindness. Justin Newcomer went way above and beyond the call of duty yesterday. As you know, we utilize the services of a small printing company. They were having an issue with our beloved postal service. I called Justin to ask many questions regarding procedures with the post office. He not only answered my questions, but sent me vital information necessary to complete a task. Then, he reached out to me this morning to make sure everything went well. Amazing!! It is rare these days to receive superior customer service. It is even more rare for people to go out of their way (beyond their actual job description) to accommodate customers. As a matter of fact, Justin went out of his way before we became clients of Strategic Factory. He is extraordinary, conducts himself with integrity, is kind and is always pleasant. I was thankful for his help in the midst of a critical issue. I am even more amazed and thankful that he took the time to follow up with me. Everyone needs to be lifted every now and then. Today is Justin’s day. He knows his job, he is serious about his job and he does his job extremely well. I‘m so glad we have him on our team. I hope you will pass this on to his supervisor.
