Who doesnt love a Dollar store?!? At Dollar Tree, everything is $1, not like Dollar General or some other dollar stores where it depends on what you buy - could be $2, $3, $4 or more. The biggest problem with this store in the Oakland Mills Center is its size. It is sooo small!! This Dollar Tree is about 1/4 the size of the ones Im used to shopping in. Which means less inventory and a much smaller selection. Also, this makes for more mess for the hard working staff to clean up. One could spend their entire shift stocking, restocking, pleading with children to stop playing/running/messing up/dropping stuff/putting things anywhere in the store, on the floor, on some random shelf ... you get the picture. But, even with all that, you can still go in Dollar Tree, squeezing through the narrow, 1 person-width aisles for a couple of items, and come out with a cart-full. Everythings only a dollar, right?

We use dollartree in New York frequently. This is the first and last time we use columbia branch unfortunately because of very tough and unpolite cashier Tiffany shout our 5 years old doughter and she cry. Even I speak politely to understand the problem and afford what my kid did she shout me as well. We understand my 5 years olds doughter open one item which is very big 1 dollar fee problem. Company must give anger management training to the personel not only for their company but also columbia community as well.

Everytime I go in this store I find it DIRTY, unorganized, and LONG slow lines. I literally HATE going here and have descided to start driving out to route 1 instead or just pay more elsewhere. Not to mention the store is TOO SMALL with a crappy selection. Not Columbia caliber at all.

Mildly organized aisles, its dark and crowded due to the aisles being crowded with products not put away properly. Only one cashier was available. Store desperately needs to be cleaned, planogram updated and a few more light bulbs. Friendly service but severely understaffed.

Everything here is a dollar! I mean, its a dollar store, so set your expectations accordingly. I would (and do) go again, but there are larger and better dollar store - even ones by the same company - that offer better selection.

This is a smaller DS. They all seem to specialize in certain things. This one, party things with offerings in food and candy, personal toiletries, cards, glassware, kitchenware. I love that every single thing is $1, no more.

The selection is surprisingly diverse considering its a dollar store. The staff is friendly and helpful. They know where everything is and usually handle lines at the register quite efficiently.
