The people who work here are fantastic at providing customer support, especially the floor managers. Unfortunately, the bedroom dresser that I purchased was partly broken inside the box when it arrived, and they contract through a shady third-party delivery company made up of two idiots. Now, the Big Lots staff will definitely help to resolve issues face-to-face; I think theyll be doing better once theyre clear of the current delivery contractor.

Very helpful staff. I shop here frequently and enjoy the savings and staff alike. Staff members have cheerfully offered their help almost every time Ive shopped here. Their attitude is a general interest in helping the customer rather than a begrudged requirement. I love being able to get the low prices I like with great service and not having to settle on either.

Really very neat and clean Big Lots. We came here because the Big Lots in Greenbelt was out of stock of an ad item we wanted. When we walked into this store we were shocked at the difference in quality. It was like walking into a department store compared to the other store.
