App works half the time, website works half the time, and they deliver the correct order half the time. Customer service is awful, as well. They messed up my order so I called the listed number. Instead of being a direct line to the College Park store, it sent me to a call center. They told me they probably wouldnt send a driver back out "just to correct my order." Since it was a call center and not the actual store, I had no idea if I should expect the "maybe" answer I was given to turn into a yes or no. Ultimately, they didnt correct the order, like a respectable business would. Instead, they lost a customer.

I ordered the deluxe cookiewich with a peanut butter and smores chocolate cookie. The blueberry cheesecake ice cream was awesome. It was creamy, you can taste the cheesecake flavor and it stayed cold with our 10 minute walk back to our place. The cookies were huge, moist and tasted fresh. Each had a lot of smores and chocolate pieces. Im not cookie monster but this place makes me want to sample everything. Parking can be tight in the area, but theres metered parking in the back.

Me and my friend love this place! After teaching him how to drive, we tend to stop here often and order a cookiewich, sit in the car, eat, and watch the college students after hours. The staff there are great people, also this place delivers and open until 3am, me and my friend is always excited about coming here

The blonde cashier was rude at 12:15 AM on Saturday 12/12/2015. She told my wife "No" when she ordered a Deluxe Smores Cookie. It took 2 minutes for us to get the message that they were baking and would be ready soon. She think she funny. But shes not.

The customer service is decent. Even though the cashier was helpful she was insulting. She started by complimenting my hair & then asked if it was mine. I answered her even though I was offended. Other than that the cookies & ice cream are amazing.

Brownie A La Mode was amazing, but expensive (~$6.5) with only one scoop of ice cream. Customer service was slow, the cashier asking to repeat every order. The price displayed is not the final price, they charge extra for m&ms and Oreos.

Horrible customer service. They were out of half of the cookies. They were also out of small cups for ice cream and wouldnt put a small sized scoop into a meduim cup
