Every time no matter what time of the day it is I get told that there is a 1.5 hour wait. That is just rediculious. Not only do I have long wait times but I have been using that pharmacy for the last 8 years filling my pain medication. For the last 8 months I have had to go to another pharmacy because they tell me that they dont have it. They need to hire better help and a pharmacist that knows how to fill prescriptions faster than what he or she does. There also have been a few times where they have lost my script and it took a few hours to find it. This Rite Aide has gone down hill fast.

The customer service is awful at best. Some of the cashiers and techs do try but arent successful in providing good service. Its not even worth my time to go into the all of the details and examples of how bad this location is. A very quick example would be a pharmacist (still working there) who filled a prescription for childs ear drops and wrote on the label to instill the drops into the childs EYES three times a day. Its sad that after so many years they havent managed to retain a good pharmacists at this location.

This place is a joke ..Long wait times and they are always under staff . Went in yesterday because i had surgery and they didnt have percocet are u kidding me ...the worst part is they said they wouldnt have it for a week try back then what good is that ... They need a overhall bad

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Customer service is horrible and it should never ever take over 30 min top to fill a script period! Tidewater is nice I mean super nice and fast! St. Marys pharmacy in Leonardtown are nice and fast as well!

Usually dont have the medications I take, everything has to be ordered. Slow service, incorrect billing.
