So, the entrance smelled immediately like the old Asian market that was there before (dead animals rotting smell) it was disturbing. But that doesnt change the interior redecoration, the renovation on the inside is beautiful. Not to mention as you stay in there longer the smell tends to disapate. I got everything I was looking for and more, fine art chopsticks $5/ 5 pack and veggies at cheap prices. I will admit that the customer service was not very good because the Asian stock boy that I attempted to talk to couldnt speak English(or at least thats what he told me) then, the Mexican cashiers act like they are afraid to say hi and goodbye. But all of that aside my overall experience is a 3. Hope I helped

I wish there was an option to give this market no stars because their customer service is absolute the worse seriously!!!!!!!!!!! I have never been to a supermarket with workers that doesnt have any manners. i notice that none of them even say thank you. To be honest, most of the Chinese worker have horrible manner, the Hispanic fellow who chops the roast duck have better manners than the Cashier wtf is that. Dont expect to be welcome in the market that is what I have to say.

I am Asian and I like Asian food. So I often go there. Their customer service is very bad and you better check the price list before you leave from there. The cashier always wrong and charge extra money than actual price. Its kind of stealing customers money!!!! Sometimes they charge wrong price and sometimes they charge more pices or packet than you buy.. their customer service staff didnt even say sorry for about that!!!

The customer service is really bad. The fish is not fresh at all. it is smelt when you take it home. The alive shirmp mixed with wild straw to increase the weight to gain profit. When you ask for a half lb of alive shirmp, they will give you almost two lb of alive shirmp. Many of the cashiers charge higher prices. Be careful to check your recipts There is no manager whom you can deliver your complaints.

Great selection of produce, seafood, and dry goods. There is a hot food bar but Ive never ordered there. I go here for great prices and to find some items I normally cant find elsewhere. Usually, Great Wall doesnt have the fishy smell that many Asian markets have. The last time I visited I was going to order from the hot bar but didnt because the fishy smell was overpowering. All in all, great supermarket.

Great Asian store, better than the other Korean places in the area. This one is (as the name indicates) more Chinese in nature, although they do have a large selection of Japanese, Korean, and other Asian specialties. Great produce selection, seafood, frozen, and sundries. Clean wide aisles, well lit, and good prices. Wish they had one closer to home.

This place compares get very favourably to my memory of supermarkets in Asia. Almost everything that you could want in terms of Asian cooking supplies and food is here seasonally. Unlike some other supermarkets, this is more of a specialist store, and doesnt tend to offer western products as well.

If you like fresh vegetables at a low price, youll love this place. Such a huge variety of produce! If you like seafood, youll find plenty of options for that too. Overall its a great shopping experience. Worth the trip to Catonsville.

This Chinese Grocery store is smaller in comparison to the local Korean ones. As the Korean ones are more Korean focused, this one is more Chinese focused in terms of goods. A cheap and small food court is also located inside.

Clean and well stocked with international goodies. However, staff needs to work on being more approachable and customer friendly. On and they NEED HAND BASKETS!!! ASAP!!!! Would be a five star if not for those two cliches...

Seafood selection is okay. Veggies is fair. Bought a bag of cherries and when we got to the parking lot to snack on them, we discovered half the bag was rotten. We were offered a replacement bag but elected to take a refund.

5 star for their food court employee, they learned Chinese very hard, and they memorized all the items on the Chinese menu to better serve the customers even though they dont know Chinese characters.

Got lots of grocery and fresh produce. Theres also all kinds of meat even the rabbits or frogs. But some areas are not so clean such as the seafood area. But the price is cheaper than other market.

The Seafood dept.. does a great job with fish and the specials are really good. The produce has great prices. The ginger root is a third of the price in the surrounding markets.
