Youll never have to cook again. Deli and food bar is very expensive. But has a massive variety. They also have a huge variety of take and bake dishes of everything you can imagine. Chicken, pork, beef, fish and some vegetable dishes, each enough for 2 or 3. I saw about 10 different fish pans, 4 of chicken and pork. The take and bake prices are very reasonable. I wish other grocery chains would do this too. Its a no brainer if you want a home cooked meal but dont have the time to put it together. If I was close to this store, I would be here every day.

Always packed, very long lines and I absolutely despise the way their aisles are organized. If you want a spice for a recipe your looking at it could be with most of the spices or its equally possible its in a specific aisle under whatever nationality it originates from. Thats just a small example but its no small issue...everything is always so difficult to find and you end up looking at 3 aisles before you track a fairly common item down. The product selection is also not all that superior to other grocery stores so overall its a bit of a disappointment.

This store has fruit flies all over their produce department. Its been an issue since they opened and theyve yet to correct the issue. Incompetent store management can not even fill out a form to rent out a carpet cleaner as it was too late and he didnt feel like it.WOW! Im from Concord, NC and you use to shop at the Main store in Matthews, NC and this is not the standards of Harris Teeter. Harris Teeter needs to look at their management here at Boston St in Baltimore, MD as they are incompetent to perform remedial tasks and customer service is obsolete.

I use the self check out often when I visit this location simply because no matter what time I go it takes 10min or more to be checked out(which is a long time for me) . Im normally not picky about produce but I bought 3large Sweet Potatos this day for about $4 total ..thats fine.. 24hrs later I cut one of the potatoes and its going gad...great. Now I dont think I will ever buy produce from here again ,atleast not this location. I feel like I wasted Time & Money . ......the free recipes I picked up were cool tho

Generally speaking, its the same as any grocery store. There are some items that Safeway doesnt carry (and vice versa). Harris teeter tends to have more healthy organic foods. They have hot foods, including pizza, Asian, and American. The employees are generally nicer than Safeway. Harris teeter is definitely more expensive all around, and they have fewer specials. And they get PACKED sometimes. I personally go to both Safeway and Harris teeter, depending on what Im buying.

I visited when it was really busy, maybe people dont care about the restrooms being clean but I found the smell to be so bad in there that I found it hard to want to breathe such fowl smell into my lungs. Other than that, I did not look at the prices and the setup or everything (including the bathroom) was pretty nice. Nice hot ready-to-eat pizza section. Other normal hot food sections available with soup and make-your-own salad option.

Great location, great deals always. Clean location, lots of parking. Can get backed up sometimes on weekends but most lines move quickly and they do have 4 self-checkout lanes. Most of the staff have been there since they opened the location. I just wish the Sushi department hours were earlier and/or they made more types to be purchased in the display case outside of their working hours. Fruit and veggies are ALWAYS fresh.

Great customer service. Large parking lot with spaces "reserved" for veterans (near the front entrance) and customers "with child" (near the cart return). Prepared foods available in deli, salad bar, and hot bar. In house pizza made to order (whole) or by the slice. In house aged beef cut to order. In house baked bread and bakery items. Florist and pharmacy at this location. Can get very busy at peak times.

Our cashier CYNTHIA was extremely rude. She clearly did not want to be at work and got rude with a friend that came with us. She even threw my eggs in the carts. I love Harris Teeter and this kind of service is unacceptable. We felt bad for spending money and clearly inconvenienced her. I will never come to this location again, Ill spend the extra in gas & go to the location off of Key Highway.

I love this store. They have a great produce department, and lots of prepared foods/food bars for something quick to go. They also have a pretty good selection of vegan items. The aisles are well laid out, and everything is easy to find. The pharmacy even has a drive-thru so you dont have to get out of your car if that is all you are there for.

1. Exceptional customer service. (Staff goes out of their way to assist customers) 2. Freshest meats, vegtables & fruit. (Cantaloupe is mouth watering) 3. One of the best grocery shop experiences Ive had. (Try it & youll like it)

The food is fresh but while I was there , the produce that was on sale was not available. As my boyfriend pointed out they also sold alot of small ,lesser known brands of food and product which is a big incentive for him to come back. All in all, the store is great and the service is decent.

Clean, well stocked (particularly with many reasonable priced chopped fresh produce selections), friendly staff, superb customer service. First time to this location, but was extremely impressed. Dont live or work in the area, but will definitely stop by again when in the area.♡♡♡

If cashier Cynthia had been ringing up groceries instead of chatting up bagger Corey, I would have been done 15 minutes earlier. Fortunately the front manager directed me to a much more efficient cashier eventually. Thank you Lori and Naydean.

The lines at this location are always terribly long, especially on weekdays around 4-5pm. Even the express self-checkout line can take 20 minutes to get through. Apart from that - good location, plenty of parking, and good quality produce.
