I have been to this location several times, and the management and training of staff seems to be nonexistent. I have been there where the girl at the front desk had me stand at the counter waiting to be rung up while she finished texting on her phone. She actually asked me to "hold on one sec" while a paying customer stood at the counter. I was in again last night and asked specifically if a certain brand of nail polish chipped off and both employees assured me that it stays on for a while, doesnt chip and that I should buy it in every color. Less than 12 hours after painting my nails, the polish is not just chipping but PEELING off and now I am at work speaking to clients with a terrible looking manicure. This store is in need of SERIOUS help. I will no longer be shopping with you and will advise my friends and social media outlets to do the same. Terrible customer service is ruining the business.

Great store.. Im a licensed professional and typically try to only use Cosmo prof just because you need to be licensed to go in there however this particular Sallys has change my mind they are a great Store they always have what I need they have a customer for life
