My daughter, grand daughter and I just was followed from each lane as we was shopping. After noticing the woman, I said loudly I dont like to be followed. She continued to do so. Each time pretending she was fixing products on an already straightened shelf. Never once asked if we needed help, just following. By the way we were the only people in her store. We purposely began to walk back and forth from place to place and stood at the endcaps to see what she was going to do. Didnt fail she would follow. After doing this for more then 15 min, i walked over to her handed her the items we were about to purchase and said i dont like you to be followed. Next time ask if we need help instead of following. Ill take my business elsewhere. Went to Sallys and paid less with better service. Will never spend my hard earned money there again.

I have about 3 other beauty supply stores around where I live, including Sallys. This one is my favorite, however. I love Sallys but they dont have a wide selection for natural hair products. On top of that compared the other two beauty supply stores, Beauty Palace has the best customer service. They dont crowd you and ask if you need help 50 million times, but they dont totally leave you to fend for yourself either, if you need help they are there to help. They are knowledgeable about most of the products I ask about and/or weaves I ask about. I hope this place never moves away; it would break my heart.

Very friendly, talkative, caring and loving employees. After leaving a beauty store that was not helpful at all I came upon this one for a wig, one of the beautiful women helped me find the perfect lace front wig. She gave me advice for my burnt ass relaxed head and as well braided my hair up for my new wig to sit over. She also did not want to take my $10 dollar tip, which shows that anyone in there could care less about your money. They all are wonderful at their jobs.

I cannot say enough great things about this place! I have few beauty supply stores near my house but I end up driving extra 10 minutes to come here. This place is hands down the most organized and clean beauty supply store around town. They also have great selection of stylish wigs that arent outdated like the other stores Ive been to. The staff is very friendly, pleasant, and extremely knowledgeable!

Simply amazing! Best beauty supply store in Glen Burnie. Customer service is excellent and you can always find what you need. The staff is very knowledge about the products they carry which is a plus. They also offer military discount. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Same Hair Selection guess they keep ordering same thing each time, last time I was there I thought I was in Sallys only few will understand that crappy selection of hair, employees cool and definitely helpful
