The products are great but only if you know what your doing with them. Which I personally do but if your looking for help from the employees good luck cause they know just about as much as you do and will not tell you if the product doesnt work. I bought pink dye for my bottom later and it was in for an hour and did not even take! When I took it back the lady even said the product doesnt work well!!! Why sell products you know suck.

Amazing I went in this evening and they helped me with perm questions and my cosmetology license was in the car but they said I could use my Sallys card ! They went over and above to accommodate and help me! The best experience i have ever had - great employees!!
