So I ordered online from this facility 3 days before Valentines day. I requested that the gift be brought as a surprise while i was at work, anytime after 12. Im in the army so normally dont get off until 500-530. Why the hell did my package show up at 7pm, and the carrier was laughing saying someone else signed for it. This MF looked high. I mean the convience of online ordering is so that we can get the item there when we request it. This is some BS. I will never order from this facility again. Year before i ordered for another facilty then I moved closer to this one, and this is the service i get. i called them asking were was my gift they said they didint even know. what kind of buisiness is ran here. Im from philly in philly when you say you want you got it and thats it. Is that not the standard for the entire business. I should be given my money back.

Clean, organized, staff are friendly and very helpful. I placed an order for my mom for a Christmas party in 2016, she was so happy to receive it. Everyone loved how beautiful the arrangement was i would highly recommend this store!
