I wrote this review on Yelp as well, because Mrs. Flowers is absolutely amazing and I wish I could rate them a 10! I gave them a call this morning after realizing Id forgotten to order a flower delivery for my moms birthday (I live out of town), and not only was it the easiest thing in the world, but Laurie actually remembered me from my last order -- in 2013!! They were even able to do me a big favor and do same-day delivery. Last time my mom absolutely raved about the flowers, and I know this time theyll be just as beautiful. I am just so impressed by their customer service and ease of use! I hope that no one considering ordering flowers for pickup or delivery in Bel Air uses anyone except Mrs. Flowers. Their arrangements are great, they are super nice, so accommodating and I think the whole phone call from start to finish took about 5 minutes. Thank you Laurie and Mrs. Flowers!!

I ordered flowers for the memorial service for a family member, and I wanted two additional white roses to present to the mother and sister of the deceased. Mrs. Flowers added greenery to those single roses and had them placed where I had requested for the service. They were beautiful! I also ordered a floral arrangement with our beloveds favorite colors, red and gold. The flowers were beyond my expectations! Thank you so much for the BEAUTIFUL arrangement. I will be using Mrs. Flowers from now on whenever I need flowers!! Hopefully next time it will be for a happy occasion.

Laurie did the flowers for our wedding last month (May 2017) and they were absolutely amazing! My mom and I met with Laurie with photos and ideas for flowers for the bridal shower, church, and reception and she created exactly what we had envisioned! The quality, uniqueness, and fullness of the arrangements is incredible. Many of our guests and our wedding photographer (who obviously attends several weddings a month) commented how beautiful the flowers were. You definitely wont be disappointed if you order flowers here for any occasion :-)

I purchased flowers for my wife for our anniversary. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. I noticed the next morning a couple of the flowers were droopy so I went back to the store to show the owner. She apologized several times and right then and there she removed the dead flowers and replaced them with new. She also added additional roses and spruced up the whole arrangement. I was very impressed with the service and would definitely use this business in the future.

Living in AZ, I was flying somewhat blind looking for a florist in the Bel Air area. After reading a few reviews online, I called Julie who made my experience a pleasant one. She took my order, answered my questions and made sure the order arrived on the date promised. The arrangement was beautiful and a reasonable price. I wont hesitate to use Mrs. Flowers in the future.
