Im always getting new ideas from Pottery Barn. The displays in the store are so inviting and the staff is always right there to make sure you are finding everything you need. My issue is with their credit card through Comenity Bank. I was asked in the store if I wanted to open a credit card account. The selling point was that I would accumulate points worth money for future Pottery Barn purchases. My only requirement was that it have auto-pay so I wouldnt have to worry about late fees. I was assured they did. This is not true. Yes you can pay on-line or by phone but Comenity Bank does not offer auto-pay which as I said, was my only condition before opening the account. Yes, I will keep the credit card but many not always use it. Especially if I know I am going to be away or overly busy and might forget to pay by the due date. This is the first bank I have run into that does not offer auto-pay.

Always love Pottery barn products. Unfortunately, during my last experience at the Maine Mall store, I waited at the EMPTY check out counter for 10 minutes before someone showed up to ring up my purchase. I saw and tried to flag down a couple of people. I gently mentioned Id been waiting a while there and got NO response. She didnt say Im sorry, nothing. She barely acknowledged me. So rude. You guys need to be nice to the people buying your stuff! Get it together!

Great staff who are always willing to assist. My wife and I were lucky to pick up a display model on a great sale. Store manager and staff were extremely helpful and even carried the large chair to our car. Thank you!
