We purchased a Temper-pedic 3 weeks ago from the store manager Ken. He assured us since temper offers a 90 day money back trial period its worth the $2k investment. Needless to say the bed wasn’t right for us. We attempted to return the bed. The first day we called the sales rep named Steve said he had to speak with the manager to verify the mattress was eligible for return since it was a close out item. This was news to us because during our visit to the store the same manager assured us it was eligible for return because it was new in the box and not a floor model. We called a second day and the manager told my girlfriend he told me it wasn’t covered under the 90 day policy. He attempted to tell her he told me the sale was a final sale - his error was he told her the bed was eligible so he was caught in a lie and proceeded to back peddle and recall his initial conversation with her and then became a little more conceding. However, he’s claiming he needs to verify something - whatever swindlers verify - whether he can issue a refund, OR a store credit minus a $199 restocking fee. The problem is they messed up and lied several times. Once during our shopping experience when we both asked about the return policy. The day after it was delivered I called and explicitly asked because the first night I knew it wasnt right for us and they again reassured us it was within the 90 day window. The same sales rep - Steve - urged us to give it some time because of the generous return policy. Again I asked if we would receive a full refund and he and the lady customer service rep vehemently assured us we were well within the grace period. The sad part is we enjoyed our shopping experience, but they failed miserably when it comes to character and honesty to their customers. Caveat emptor!

One of the Worst customer service experiences I ever had. Definitely dont recommend shopping at this location! I had purchased a bed and futon a number of years back. The store manager who sold me the items assured me they had great warranties and exchange/return policies. (They preceded to tell me the warranties) First the original mattress I ordered was suddenly discontinued so the replacement that I was assured would be even better was delivered to me was absolutely horrible and not even close to the one I picked. I called & put in a complaint and asked for it to be returned and my money refunded. They told no we cant do that then hung up. So I was stuck with a mattress I didnt even originally ordered nor liked the replacement! Then about a year later my $300 futon mattress became lumpy and the springs started popping out so called to have it replaced (had a ten year warranty) they delivered the replacement but it was nothing like the one I had and was told again that it was discontinued. Overall the whole experience, expense and the way I was treated, lied and rudeness from the store manager and customer service was again one of the worst I ever had to deal with. I will never shop at this location again and I dont know how they continue to stay open for business.

NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER ORDER OR RECOMMEND BEDDEREST. I ordered a bed in June supposedly made in my own state and was told it would arrive in 6-8 weeks. I called last week(8 weeks) to inquire when I would be expecting it only to be given the runaround before the weekend and no call back as promised. i called on Monday only to be told that the bed hadnt even been started and I could expect it maybe end of November! I called my credit card company and filed dispute (card had been charged of course in June)...expecting a credit...sleeping on mattress on floor with back issues and had just sold my bed to prepare for new one..their mattresses a rip off too..thankfully bought one elsewhere. The only reason this review has even one star is because it would not let me post without! 0 stars for BEDDEREST and 2 thumbs down

Had a really good experience here! We were struck with the idea of looking for a bed at 7:30, and they were basically the only open place. We browsed around for probably 10 minutes before anyone approached us, which I really liked. Didnt feel like there was any pressure. Ken took us around and showed us different types of mattresses and explained all about how they work and what the benefits were. He was very knowledgeable about the industry, and very friendly to deal with. Very happy with the experience, and glad we ended up here!

Fantastic company! We had looked at over seven different furniture stores over the course of three months. There wasnt any other store that could compete with the price or the service. We received two new couches and a buffet table. They were delivered and setup for us! The service within the store is unique in that they do not work for commission. We were able to browse, and they were able to answer all of our questions. Knowledgeable staff, excellent service, hassle free setup, and a good price! Need I say more?

We were looking for a double recliner and had been at Lazy Boy up the road and dealt with a very rude sales person, we came to your store and Jamie came right over and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We did not buy anything this time, but I just wanted to say thank-you for your wonderful customer service. We have bought furniture in the past at your store and the quality is great as is your staff!

Very helpful, full of knowledge! We were told our mattress was available for delivery the next day. Turns out the warehouse count was wrong and it had to be ordered. They were prompt with letting us know, and found a resolution for our inconvenience.
