We received a beautiful gift basket from this wine shop for Christmas. My daughter, who lives in Italy, has found a place where she can be happy to send the perfect gift. The Chianti wines were the best we have had in a long time. They were really really great. The crackers and the many cheeses made for great afternoons for quite a while. The after dinner drinks were also special and the olives tasted like they were really right from the groves in Italy. Well not from the groves as they would be bitter but fresh after processing. Not to be outdone the chocolates were the frosting on the cake. If you ever have to send a gift you would never go wrong with this shop. It is also a great little place to visit. Both husband and wife do a nice job of picking out wines for special occasions and the chocolates - Yum Yum.

Such a cute place, friendly people, fantastic wine and beer store off the beaten path in this small town on the coast in Maine!! Our best local find ; Ill be back for sure for the free wine tastings! 600 wines, plenty to choose from and we spied one of our favorites,Yakima Red, which was on sale, too, even better!The store is small, but Ive seen smaller stores, and its not crowded, laid out in two rooms. Chocolate buttercrunch and coconut needhams are supposed to be gifts...dont know if theyre gonna make it home.
