Theres a reason when you go into this store its always empty. The staff is rude. 5 employees and still takes 10 minutes to check you out. I tried buying two pairs of pants. Exact same style and fit but different shades. Apparently the giant 50% off sign above the pants only applies to one single specific pair of pants out of the 8 pairs on the shelf. The manager offered no help and was very rude. I will not be returning here, Ill be shopping next door where the staff is friendly and the discounts arent specific to a single pair of pants

Im glad that all the teenagers in the store have jobs, but I dont think an entire store should be run by them. I was trying to look at underwear and one employee was doing the useless busy work task of refolding the same underwear over and over again and I wanted to go over there but she just stared at me -- so aggressively that I didnt end up buying anything and left because it was so off putting. I love american eagle pants but I would much rather pay for shipping than come here.

Went into this store yesterday and passed five different employees without even one of them speaking. They stared me down but never said a word! It was no where near closing time either. Very unwelcoming. Saw many things I wanted to purchase but after that treatment I refused.
