Road trip just to buy lottery, its a straight run but last exit in Nevada, casinos on both sides of the highway, go under the highway and turn right onto lotto rd. The building is the only thing across the line on the loop, the California lottery sales outlet. Lines when the pot is high on Powerball and mega jackpots, vending machines for scratch off tickets and automated lottery terminals, line to multiple stations moves quickly. Friendly sales staff took time to help out on a jammed auto terminal, but it wasnt busy at 2pm. I can see where staff will be curt when its a buying frenzy...

Honestly speaking this place supposed to be friendly and helpful in regards to customer service which is all the opposite. The cashiers are so rude in a way that the minute you stepped at the counter, they will treat you as your there to rob. Yet, very short when they speak to you and seems not care at all and own the business themselves. Pls managers I am asking sincerely to teach your employees they way it should be. Once again I hate to go over there but it rather better for me than to go to Cali as a 4 hrs drive.

Ive been there a few times and most of the staff is rude and short with customers. Theyve been that way with me and Ive watched them do it to others!! They dont want to explain the right way to do things, but will talk down to people in stating they are filling out ticket cards wrong. Perhaps they should remember that, was it not for the customers, theyd not have jobs!!! And management needs to re-teach customer service. If they cant be nice, Id rather go into Baker, or that place in Jean, to get the tickets!!!!

I drove from Las Vegas nv to cash in a scratch off and was told its 7:03 the machine are down after 7:00 pm as I was leaving the male employee that was working 6/16/2016 took a womens scratch off and cashed it. I went back was turned away I guess you need to be the same nationality to get special treatment . When I called about the scratch off redemption two hours before I was not told that they will not take them I was told they where open until 8:00 pm

Theyve a line going completely around the building, but theres nobody waiting for any of the automated systems; just the window. But security wont let anybody in that isnt in line. So where as I could have gone in, bought tickets and been out in five minutes, because their management doesnt have the foresight to make one line for the window, another for everything else, I didnt bother waiting. Completely stupid.

I think the lottery does not send scratches winners to this store Ive been coming here for 6 years and Ive never heard anyone talk about winning a ticket with a big prize. This store is not a winner, apparently its a capital robbery for people from Nevada to Inllecting the California economy I think they should send winning tickets to this store

Usually no issue here but today there security person (big huge blonde with a bulldog look) will not let people who are handicapped park in the store lot. She is just standing out there chit chatting with a silver vehicle pulled over! Had no problem last week to park in lot security guy moved the gate to let handicapped people in!

Nevada doesnt have a lottery (go figure). So this store is literally a couple of feet over the state line into California. They sell California Lottery tickets and had a few coolers for beverages. Place is always busy even when the jackpots arent outrageous. Only worse if the jackpots start to get high.

Convenient and large variety of games. However, both times I went there, staff complained about customers who were first timers taking too long...BUT there was no line waiting to buy tickets!!! Um, I wonder if they know whatcustomer service and job security means

Easiest place to get Lotto from Las Vegas. Do not go on Sunday. Southbound traffic is worse on I15 on Sunday because of people heading home to California.

Lines are always fast paced, wait time on 1/11/16 was 1-2 hour wait. There was about 500 ahead of us & we were done in 1hr 25min.
