I purchased 5 scratchoff tickets tonight because they said 2nd chance promotion. When 4 out of tickets were losers, I went to enter the 2nd chance numbers - only to find out that the promotion was over -over three months ago!!! I think that is unfair!! They should pull the tickets from the shelves when the promotions are done!

I have gone to this office twice over the past 5 years, and each time the people were fast, polite and quite pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly I had a check. Less than 10 minutes each time.
