This was our first time at this location and we were highly disappointed with the customer service. We entered the establishment at 10:40pm to grab a slice of pizza to eat before heading home. As we ordered our pizza, we were only given the option of take out because they closed at 11pm which we already knew thanks to Google. We were given attitude by the bartender/Manager(that was on our receipt) when asked if we could eat it there which we ended up doing. When we let her know that we thought she was being rude, all she said was "uh huh" and walked away. I do NOT recommend going there.

Didnt even realize this place was here for the longest time even though Ive driven by it hundreds of times. Sets itself apart from the other Pizza Schmizzas Ive been to. Relaxed make you feel at home type atmosphere, good place to grab a drink with a date at their full bar, just hang out and watch TV on one of the flat screens they have at each table, or waste some money on video poker. The staff is all really friendly, Pizza is good the toppings were all fresh, they had a good selection, good prices, however the crust on mine tasted kinda burnt. Will be returning

Not your typical Pizza Schmizza. Does not have Don Ho slices and no combo meals which Im used to seeing at Pizza Schmizzas. This one has a different menu and feel compared to the typical ones. The waitress was trying to explain to me that they can do everything that the usual franchises do but none of those options were on the menu and the prices would be about the same. Overall though the customer experience wasnt what I was expecting from a Pizza Schmizza and I ended up walking out.

I showed up 45min before closing and go the worst customer service. Was told they close in 45 min and hinted that we should leave instead of spend money at this business. it seemed like it was a huge inconvenience that a customer showed up. Will Never be back, the owner should focus on hiring good employees that care. Losing a lot of money watch 3 other customers come and get talked out of ordering food.

Decent pizza but overall lazy pizza place. I walked in there at 8:45 on a Sunday night to get a pizza to go - apparently it was too late to order one as they turn the ovens off at 8:30. No hours posted saying "last order at 8:30". Either turn the open sign off or honor your posted hours. (No, I would not be upset if this happened 5 minutes before closing - that sort of timing is understandable.)

Staff is rude and takes FOREVER!!! Food was nowhere near worth the wait. Waitress/bartender brought the food to the table in a to go box and said heres your water (I ordered a soda) and she had no water or soda, just a straw. 3 people in the establishment and it took 40 mins to get breadsticks and 1 piece of old pizza.

The pizza is always good here. But I must ask, "what happened to the staff?" My waitress was rude and was going to overcharge me. I didnt stay because the usual bartender was not there. The vibes were bad! I have been here many, many times before and it was happy and upbeat - what happened?!

Great place to watch sports. The wings are baked instead of fried. I recommend you ask them to twice bake...its excellent. Despite having to wait a little longer. 12 beers on tap, mixed drinks and wine. Great service...never had to worry about getting what I needed. Will definitely be back.

There manager is awesome. I pre ordered food thats wasnt ready when I arrived as promised. However, the manager made it first priority and took a percentage off of my bill. I had a Don Ho, the Hawaiian option and there pineapple treated fresh, not canned. It was so good!

We were a big group and the waitress was unfazed and managed all our expectations and even quickly fixed minor issues that came up. Well done. Pizza was good.

TVs everywhere and sub-par pizza. My slice was very heavy on tomato sauce and very light on toppings.
