Buyer beware of these two issues in the Bangor Bestbuy. Recently bought a "returned" electronic item as this was the only one on the shelf. But a few hours later there were 20 items available . It looks like this is the way they can get rid of their "returned" item. The second issue was the "extended warranty". We bought it for 2 years. The manufact. warranty was for one year, so you would think one would have a total of 3 years. When we got home an email said it was only for 2 years total.Well that is how BB does things. Bangor BB only gives one year and the mfg gives one. Very deceiving and tricky.

Purchased a product from Besy Buy after being reassured that it would be possible to upgrade it in the future. They sold me this product, knowing it was near impossible to upgrade. In addition they do not offer any thing I need to actually upgrade said product. All I get when I go in is some punk kid in a Polo telling me that he could order somthing. I could order something. Useless store, shop online, bypass this shitshow.

Have been here a couple of times in the past few months to go in and ask a question. I had been sent to a different department each time, waited about a half hour, and then still could not get the question answered or the person who was "helping me" didnt come back. Some staff are not very knowledgeable about the products they sell and overall very slow service. I dont think Ill be going there again anytime soon.

This store and its employees are exceptional. I have bought products that failed right out of box and customer service responded most supportively. Many who work there seem to enjoy their job which makes purchasing enjoyable. Every one at customer service treat customers with respect. They are truly there for the customers . I hope Best Buy can survive the online craze of buying on the internet.

The employees are fantastic! Even if they dont work in the section that you are trying to find something in they will still try and help you find it. They even help carry bags and larger items if you need assistance. The selection is great and they have something called "price match", its great because if one store has a lower price you can tell them and theyll give you the item for that price.

Although they have the best selection around for electronics and compared to online prices reasonable prices unfortunately they lack in service I have been here multiple times looking to purchase items and have to search for someone to help me. I do appreciate how they do not bother me when I am browsing however I just wish when I was ready to make a purchase I could.

While definately of the big box mentality, Best buy has better prices than any alternative. I always look for their open box discounts and have had great luck getting good deals. Despite a reasonable level of expertise from the sales people, do your own research so that you can make better decisions on what you are looking for.

The customer service was amazing I was asked twice by two different people if I needed help finding anything. When I went to check out the cashier was very nice and on my way out someone was standing at the door just to say have a nice day. Also they seem to have a large selection of items.

I dont go to Best Buy much anymore. Sams and BJs has better pricing and similar service. The clerks in Best Buy may have more understanding of their products, but I feel guilty picking their brains and buying elsewhere. They often have items on clearance that are priced to move.

This is a best buy...but in the gambit of large retailers, this one has always had good customer service. Very little wait times. Decent stocked inventory and staff that has been with the store for a long time, which probably explains why the the location is so well maintained.

I was again impressed with BestBuy in Bangor. The store is very clean and organized and the sales reps are very helpful and knowledgeable. The item I needed was in stock. I have also ordered online and in store pick up has been a very easy and smooth experience.

Good selection of items, especially the computer parts. While a little difficult to find, you can get pretty much anything you would need for your computer. With some digging, you can also price match from newegg and get a good deal on most of the items here.

Somewhat unkempt, but has everything you would expect. I have found the staff to be helpful, knowledgable, and best of all relatable. Ive had many conversations about technology with the sales associates and felt that they genuinely cared about helping me.
