The perfect store! Went there today, because the charging cable of my old Surface Pro 1 docking station was broken (Yes, I am still rocking that thing on my trip far from homeland Germany). They replaced it, just like that. And on top of that I could try out the new Surface Laptop and the brand new Surface Pro, which was announced this very morning (!). They all were very friendly and went the extra mile for me. Thanks again, Dan and Team! Keep it up!

Get the number for this store by asking for a card at the desk. The number here on the web wont connect you to them directly and we all know how terrible Microsoft support is. These guys are always super helpful.
