My husband bought me a beautiful new coat for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was too small. With tags still on (Mia cuppa, no receipt) I decided to drive from Howland to Bangor to exchange the coat for a size up prior to them selling out. I was told at customer service that I could not return, exchange or get in store credit due to no receipt...although she knew it was purchased there as the majority of Kmart in Maine have closed--- (A CHRISTMAS GIFT!!!) So, 80 miles round trip, and a coat thats too small...wont be shopping at Kmart anymore. :( Ridiculous policy.

I would to thank Regina at Little Ceasers. Even though I was 30 minutes late in picking up my order, even though it was after hours she kept my pizza in the oven, so it wouldnt be cold when I picked it up, which I appreciated greatly. She has always been nice to me and hasnt been rude to me once. I think she is an asset to the company. Thank you.

Allways a fun place to shop and eat pizza. For years now found them to be the best value on small furniture, clothing, shoes, unique electronics, backpacks and craftsman tools. Also a real life saver in college! way better quality and unique items and often lower prices then Walmart. Equal quality as Target on many items at a much lower price.

This store is incredibly outdated and not at all organized. I feel like Im going back in time to the 1980s whenever I go there. Today, I made the mistake of picking up some personal hygiene products there. When I got home, I realized that the face scrub I purchased had expired TWO YEARS ago. I will never shop here again!

Hit or miss. Either super great service or really lousy customer service, no in between. The store itself needed upgrades at least 20 years ago, cracked ceiling and floor tiles, dirty floors, flimsy shelving and out dated registers.The store is closing as of this writing.

This Store is almost always a mess if you take the time to look somewhere other then the front. The Managers and staff dont appear care about the customers, and dont do a good job taking care of you. I would not recommend this store to anyone
