This is one of the larger Walmart locations. Unfortunately the department signage is near impossible to see unless you are right nearby. A majority of the staff that I have come across speaks limited broken english and has difficulty understanding or answering directional questions. The photo dept and store pickup are right at the home and garden entrance which is a plus. My usual location you need to traverse the entire depth of the store and move toqards the center regardless of entrance used. I only use this location if I am already in the Portland area and have an absolute necessity.

I had one of the assistant managers (I believe thats who he was) help me out one day and went above and beyond. I had gotten a few extra items than I planned on getting and my hands were full between my items and the stroller I was pushing. He came up, took the items I was carrying and brought me over to a register and rang me right up. My son was getting cranky and all the lines were really long, and I was slightly struggling. So I really appreciate it so much. If I saw him I would remember exactly who he was.

Walmart...theyre all great places to shop, save money, and live better! People often complain about long lines or rude employees...but remember...they are keeping your prices low by not having every register open. Theres always some give and take...take the bad with the good. Youll realize you got the best deal and the wait isnt that bad in the end. This one, however, gets 3 stars for NOT being open 24 hours! Who ever heard of a Supercenter closing at night? I guess we are spoiled here in civilized NY.

Buyer beware ! Walmart is selling Straight Talk Apple phones with the wrong Sim card. I got one with a Sim card with a North Carolina area code. I have been dealing w/ ST for weeks trying to get them to fix it or ship me a new one. Now I am past the 15 day return policy & Walmart will not return it ? Have the i Phone shipped to your local store so u dont get screwed ! Its a problem that other stores admit but wont make it right. This store managers were rude !

DO NOT go here for an oil change. I have a 2015 TOYOTA CAROLLA. the kid put it down as a 2015 TESLA S. they broke the housing compartment for the oil filter by putting the WRONG one on. then tried telling me they reuse vin numbers, when in fact no they do not. that is a big no no. then they proceeded to put blame on the person who tried taking the filter off. their TLE staff need to go back to school before trying to say some bullshit.

I love the people at this store! The greeters, the cashiers, the stockers and the returns department! The 5th star is lacking only because I want Walmart Saver to recognize that this location has a price on our cat food that is higher than Hannaford. And they never give me to difference! Nevertheless, I highly recommend this Walmart

Its Wal Mart. Its huge (this one is particularly enormous), the staff is visibly miserable and some of the patrons are wretched. But they had the printer ink I was looking for at a great price and ultimately thats what matters. For the record, this is perhaps the least depressing Wal Mart Ive been to, but it was a very quick visit.

There is a lot of merchandise and prices are low, but everything is of lower quality. Clothes and shoes fall apart easily, furniture breaks, and produce spoils very quickly after you get it home. This week, I saw disgusting, grayish brown beef on the shelf with a reduced price tag. (I see this too often for comfort here.)

Called customer service tonight to find out if they had a product in store from there website, was on hold for 11 minutes after being hung up on twice, once after being told to find something better to do. Then received some more terrible customer service before finally getting the information I asked for.

As far as walmarts go - this is one of the best. Great range of products and "add-on services". Groceries include a wide range of gourmet and foreign lines. Produce is above normal wal mart standard. Newer store with updated layout, might confuse customers used to the traditional walmart plan.

This Walmart is one of the better ones in southern Maine. Usually good instock on items and decent checkout speed because of the self checkout section. Maine gets hit hard in the summer for tourists and can see a slower shopping experience because of this but otherwise this Walmart does well.

Lots of empty shelves. Crushed boxes all over health and beauty isles, plus items stocked in front of what I was looking for. Stores in other areas carry bulk bagged spices, but not here. Other Wal-Marts also carry dehydrated bulk peppers, but not here. Big disappointment here.

This Walmart always has everything. After shopping here, its difficult to go to other locations. During the day they have enough self checkouts open, that Ive never had to wait for one. When Ive shopped in the late evening, even the staff stocking the shelves has been helpful.

Its a Walmart. They had what I was looking for, so 4 stars; but its a Walmart, so its not going to have friendly, content workers or high quality products; and the environment is going to feel like a garage sale or warehouse. Thats just how all Walmarts are.

I hate the lighting and hate the store layout. I hate the need to walk miles of junk to NOT find what I was looking for....its a Walmart. Dont need to say much more. Its too big and too messy and never seem to have a good selection of item Im shopping for.

The customer service lady was really nice I had to do an exchange do twist seam rip on a shirt can I do some shopping and then the lady at the register was really nice as well the only thing that bothered me was the wait in line it was about 25 minutes

My family and I were going on trip when our tire became flat. We went to the tire center and the people there were so helpful. They told us a half an hour and it was really 15 minutes. They were superior in my book. Our family cant thank them enough.

For such a large building the layout was extremely congested and aisles seemed too small. My cashier was very friendly and even though I had to wait for front manager to assist her she was friendly and apologetic. Door greeter was very nice as well.

Super nice employees. Always trying to help. AND YOU CAN ACTUALLY FIND THEM!!! always has what I need. And if they dont they make sure to get it for me. They always make my trip so much easier and the employees are great at making the kids smile!

I really feel they need different people for greeters the people they have greeting you as you walk in the door or not people that seem Pleasant happy or excited to be there nor do they give you a warm fuzzy feeling about coming to Walmart

I love Wal-Mart! Always great prices and a great selection. They have ample parking, conviently located, and I am always asked if I need help finding anything. The answer is usually no but, its still nice to be asked!
