Good looking studio from the outside and inside. However, a business isnt based in appearances alone. I made a $100 deposit for a tattoo, was given an appointment card that I immediately misplaced. When I later called back to find out when my apt was and get an email to discuss design in detail, I discovered my appointment was removed from the books. After emailing the supplied email, with my detailed description and pictures of the tattoo design I had in mind, as well as my concerns regarding my appointment date. The reply I received 9 days later was hardly professional. The email, with no heading, said how they had tried calling an hour before the tattoo appointment, and how the deposit was then labeled "non refundable". In my reply email I asked why I didnt have a missed call or voice mail from them? Also going so far to see if there was anyway we could continue with business and perhaps pick back up with a different date, perhaps keep me on deck in case someone backs out of their tattoo.. My reply email was sent 10 days ago with no reply.. Ive seen a lot of Micahs work on friends of mine, and enjoy his artwork and tattoo style. Unfortunately, Im not a fan of how he handles business.. Id love to come back and edit this review with the 5 stars I know this place is capable of. Until then, Ill start my search for a different artist and tattoo studio I like their work, and want to give my hard earned money to. *UPDATE* I received a highly unprofessional response from Mr. Micah Harold via email 3 months after initial contact. In the email all that is explained is how many awards the shop and Micah has personally won, with no discussion of resolution for a customer who has been taken advantage of. His claim is since the shop had given me a card with the date written on it and if its lost and forgotten thats completely on the customer. Ive had more communication for haircuts than I have from this shop, regarding a permanent piece of artwork that would cost me hours of enduring hours in the chair, and hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Taking my business elsewhere, and steering all of my friends, professional and personal, clear of this highly unprofessional, customer service challenged shop.

Let me tell you.....I am extremely happy with everyone in this shop. The Artists are a solid group. We drove from Texas to get my son his first piece of artwork. This crew knows how to treat their customers. When my son has his next itch, well be back. Thank you John and Shane for making this memorable!

What an outstanding studio. My wife got her first tattoo here today and Bartholomew was the most professional artist Ive ever seen. He tattooed timely and effectively and didnt over charge. Absolutely worth the wait, and absolutely going back in the future.

If youve gotten tattoos before then you know that customer service can be lacking sometimes in the tattoo industry. That is definitely not the case here. Micah is a good guy and great tattoo artist. Ill be back.
