Very disappointing. I knew what I wanted, a lotus flower. But he wanted to have his own design because the art work was going to be under his name which I can understand. But I dont think he understands that i need to love the art that is going to be on my body FOREVER! I was not picky nor rude. The conversation of what I wanted lasted about 2-3 minutes. I can tell right away he was not happy. Very impatient VERY!. he told me he felt cheated.. ? What does that mean? I was very close to walking out. I never felt such disrespect. And rudeness. All because i didnt want to use his design. I just wanted to use mine. So he tattooed my lotus on my wrist. And it turned out not what i payed for. Do u know that saying (u get what u payed for). Payed 85 plus 10 dollar tip.. for a simple plan lotus flower that is 2 inches big. Took 20min. Lines are not smooth. The points are thick black globs. Rip off! Horrible experience. Well never go here again. Nor well my friends. And people I have talked to. Please dont go here. You can get the same price, better art at Saint Sabrina. A couple stores down.

Sadly, Im an unhappy customer. I just had very large piece done on my arm and the amount of pain that I am in AFTER the tattoo is unbearable. Let me also say that I have several very large tattoos and I have cared for them all in the same way and I have NEVER had this problem. My arm hurts so bad it that I am barely able to move it. I also have a very large scab on my tattoo, which is also something that I have never had before. When I called the shop, I was told that it must be something that I have done myself or that I got it dirty and infected. It doesnt look infected, but the pain is unreal. I have taken care of all of my other tattoos with zero issue. When I called the artist that I usually see and sent him pictures, he said it was very clear that it was nothing I did and that the artist went too deep. Ouch.

Got my eyebrows microbladed by Emily at Brass Knuckle and they are sooo amazing. I searched long and hard to find someone who would be up for the job. Im super picky. When I say Im picky, I mean that I am over the top detailed oriented. She is such a rockstar. About a year ago, I booked a consult with another place in town. I ended up canceling that appointment, because it just didnt feel right. Emily is my eyebrow soul sister and a true artist. She is kind, understanding and a little bit of a spit fire. I cant recommend her enough. Now, I can truly wake up in the morning and say "I woke up like this."

I wanted to get a very meaningful tattoo done. Ive wanted the tattoo since I was 16. I called them and they were extremely helpful and nice over the phone. Then when I went in I talked to a super nice guy about what I wanted. He didnt make me feel stupid at all. Also when doing the stencil he reassured me that I could change my mind 100 times if I wanted. So extremely nice. More than happy with how it came out. Also very helpful with after care portion! Will probably get more work done here.

This was my first tattoo from a professional. But my tattoo designer was a very pleasant person Julie is her name. She listen to my concerns also Julie gave her opinions and she had very good ideas. Also I wanted a portrait which she was right on the details. I highly recommend this person and this place was very clean and they take great care of their equipment is very clean.

Kyle did my tattoo and he did a fabulous job. Im very picky and had no idea what I wanted. He talked me through lots of different options and was super patient. He was very personable and made the experience very fun. I ended up coming back a couple hours later because I changed my mind about part of it and Kyle fixed it for me. Thank you very much Kyle!!

Super clean, super organized, super friendly and super artistic. The artists in this shop each have their own style and make this shop VERY unique. Ive seen anything from detailed small pieces to great back/sleeves pieces done at this shop - completely flawless and theyre always supportive of the after care and to follow up.

I had my first tattoo done here and it was very simple and very small. It looks terrible. I hate it. The lines are crooked and the orange didnt show up very well. The lady that did it was rude as well. I dont remember her name but she had orange dreads. Would not recommend going here at all!

This place is great. When you walk in you can tell its well lit and very clean. The artists really care about their work and about keeping everything sanitary. I got a tattoo with Emily and she was willing to talk me through the process and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend!

I have had 2 tats now from this place and pleased with both experiences...Chaz is AMAZING and so is Julie! I came in with a concept and they more than brought it to life. I will be rerurning very soon again...they are incredibly reasonable on their prices too...

The whole shop has a great vibe, great people. Ive been going to Chaz for over 4 years. Everyone else there is super awesome too. Atmosphere is chill and clean. Kyle & Emily have amazing art work, and if you need your brows done, Emily is amazing!
