Horrible. My 1yo son accidently dropped a cup in the store and the lady loudly started carrying on "how this is why they dont allow drinks in store. ." chill out lady it was an Accident. I spend a lot of money at thrift stores, but I put my items back and left. Learn better customer service skills or your business will suffer.
