Wouldnt believe what I witnessed lastnight! There was a woman of color waiting in line to pay for her groceries. A white man behind her asked if he could check out first and she said no..She had been waiting alot longer than he had. He gets upset and starts yelling White Lives matter too! She didnt even respond to his in mature behavior but instead continued to place her items on the counter. The cashier ignores her completely and started to scan HIS groceries instead! What kind of cashier does that? She is on the clock and is earning her pay to exercise racist behavior at Walgreens to a customer who simply was next in line...to be skipped bc of her color? ANY employee should ALWAYS remain proffesional, keep their emotional beliefs OUT of the work environment and represent to stores image as a place of equality. The woman told to cashier No, i am in line. But she ignored her! The man said he spends money there everyday so he should get better service. She said "Good because there not getting mine now. Have a good day." And I also am a consistent customer along with my family but we will never return due to the actions I witnessed tonight. Disappointed in this world and tonight only proved that even employees demonstrate racism. I hope this is not accepted by the General Manager!

The pharmacy personal are always very rude. They fight and argue with each other every single time I go in there. When I have called to ask a question they either hang up on me intentionally or wont let me finish my question without rudely interrupting. They never actually answer the question, they will just say whatever they can to get me off the phone. There have been times when they denied having a certain medication in stock simply because they did not want to look for it. Then when I called other Walgreens they would tell me that they didnt have the medication in stock but the LYNDON store does!! Walgreens Pharmacy AT LYNDON LANE 40222. If you dont like your job QUIT. But DO NOT continue to LIE to people about medication. YOU MIGHT KILL SOMEBODY!

Ive had such awful experiences here. Everytime I go to pick up my prescription, there is some kind of problem and i end up going here every single day for a whole week each month just to get my prescription. Ive never had any problems with any other pharmacy. The lady at the front desk always acts confused when something goes wrong and obviously doesnt know how to do her job. I recently had problems with my insurance and the lady at the front desk didnt mention that I can get my prescription without my insurance even after I asked her if I could buy it without usiNguyen insurance. Its so sad that they have NO idea what they are even doing day after day. If I could give negative stars for this review, I would.

Poor customer service, went to send a western union, the guy that was at the photo booth asked someone else to do the transaction for him and the girl that came to help not even say hello, or how can I help you, nothing, she seemed annoy that she had to come and help me, and barely the only thing she say was: put your number in, not thank you, no nothing!! bad!!!!!! II work in retail and customers are always number 1 priority, if you have to stop doing something always greet them and make them feel welcome, always say good bye and thank you. I think this is the last time I will use this store.

Subpar pharmacy when it comes to customer service as well as capability to do their jobs. Not necessarily all their own fault as employees when the company doesnt give them the tools they need to do their work
