This pharmacy is a mess every time I come in, morning, day, and night - ALWAYS backed up! Today, there are well over a dozen other people in line/waiting. I went through said line for a pickup. I got to the counter and was asked to stand to the side for a minute because one of my prescriptions requires a pharmacist look at it. So, I waited. At this point, there are so many people in line, some have gone off wandering down the isles. Everyone who is sitting next to me is openly complaining about how all they want to do is pick up their prescription, one lady just needed papers looked at. Another guy is being spoken down to by a women at the counter (who ends up being wrong in the end and quickly changes her tone). When I am finally called, I have to get back in line (seriously?). By the time I make it back up, the guy behind the counter forgot one of my prescriptions and started looking all over the place in search of it. This place is just out of hand. It should be this much of a hassle to pick-up a prescription that is already waiting. One star for the guy at the front of the store who always greats customers with a cheery Welcome to Walgreens. Too bad Im here for the pharmacy :/ - will be switching.

Brought a picture into the store on thanksgiving. I had printed it the night before and hadnt noticed the green marks on someones eye and black marks on anothers ear. The assistant manager was rude from the start. She kept telling me they couldnt fix it since it was on the original picture. The original picture was not the problem. I uploaded the exact same picture and was able to get a perfect print. But the assistant manager was clearly still frustrated with me and extremely rude. She tried to charge me for the picture again too. Not really sure why someone picked this woman to be a part of the management team. Shes extremely rude

Theyre awesome here. Open 24hr and extremely nice and helpful. One of the pharmacy staff, Ashley, called informing me that they didnt have enough of a generic on hand and that the name brand would cost me an arm and a leg. Instead of saying "tough luck", she called around to the other Walgreens in the area and found a location that could fill my script. Ive been a pretty loyal Walgreens customer for some time now, but this experience solidifies it for me!

A friendly, patient client receives friendly and patient treatment. Come on, people, we all get what we give. The pharmacist here and at the S Westnedge, Portage branch have always been helpful and worked with me on getting scripts right, at the right price, but these two locations Are frequently slammed with customers, so the process can take a few minutes.

Consistently backed up and understaffed in the pharmacy. Called ahead to make sure prescription would be ready, was told 4:45 by their automated system. It is now 5:30 and no one has looked at it. 45 minute wait in store. The people working here are great, the store is just way too busy. Be ready to wait.

Told a 20 minute wait. 80 minutes later was told they only had 2 of the 12 pills in the script. Said the balance would be there the next day. Next day absolutely clueless where the balance was or even the original script.

Im a physician but even then it takes quite a while to get through but they are friendly and its better to be busy than have nobody call youI wish they had a physician line that you can go right to the pharmacist.

I shop here all the time and its alright. The employees arent very welcoming. AND the pharmacy is horrible. I have been treated so poorly every time I go there.
