The service is not that great. The last time I was in this store to get a watch battery, I had inquired about adding links back onto my 14K Gold watch band and one of the Sales Associates remarked that the watch on my arm could NOT possibly be 14K gold. I told her it was and she argued with me in front of other customers that it was NOT and even asked where I purchased it. I told her from a jeweler in NYC. She was so insisted that it was not gold and told me I was mistaken. She knew I was very upset by then so she offered to have it tested; it came back as 14 K gold. She was so rude. NO apology for being wrong. I wrote the Store Owner a letter letting him know how I was treated and he never bothered to contact me with an apology or even a thank you for letting him know. I thought this incident was very INSULTING and I will NEVER go back there again!!!!!! HJPROCTOR

I always receive fast and professional service at St. Matthews Jewelers. Great place to have your Jewelry cleaned or repaired or to get a replacement watch battery. Ive also purchased diamond earrings as a gift for my wife here and definitely paid far less than what some other Jewelers were charging for similar quality.
