My fiance and I were just walking around Muncie mall to do some light shopping. As we passed Kays, I decided I wanted my engagement ring cleaned. Even though we did not get the ring from there, we were willing to pay for the service. A sales associate immediately started checking it for loose diamonds and somehow she found 6 that she claimed were loose. Mind you, I just go the ring from Jareds 3 weeks ago and Im pretty sure Jareds quality is better. She then asked me if I had purchased the ring from them. We answered honestly and told her no. She then refused to clean it claiming there were too many loose diamonds. Its safe to say that I would never recommend them for anything.......definitely not purchases or cleaning especially if its not their ring..... already have an appointment with Jared
