What a great experience! I visited this store to find a unique piece of jewelry to wear to a special function. I was blown away by the one-of-a-kind pieces hand selected by the co-owner, Rob Prince. He also showed me his custom design work he had done for other clients. I could tell Rob really cared about his clients and that he really listened to what they wanted and made suggestions to help them figure out what they needed their jewelry to be so it was functional for them. I would highly recommend Prospect Jewelers if you are looking for high quality, one of a kind jewelry. Rob and his team are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the jewelry they sell. I will be going back and will highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I LOVE the staff at Prospect Jewelers! They are so professional and they really know the jewelry business. And it doesnt matter if you come in for a small purchase or a big one, they make you feel very special! Rob Prince does excellent repair work. He has repaired so many pieces of my jewelry over the years and it always comes out like nothing had ever been damaged! Their prices are incredibly competitive, but you get really personal service. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful and unique jewelry sold to you in a super friendly atmosphere at a very reasonable price.

My experience was terrible! Dropped a watch off in Aug and it is now December and not fixed...waiting on part. They never returned my call nor provided any information! I should not have to wait 4 months only to have the watch still NOT repaired. Picking it up (still broken) and will have to find a jeweler who either fixes the watch or at least calls me to let me know what the status is. Original projection was 3 weeks, been over 4 months...UGH!

Ive been calling every jewelry store in Louisville to find one that works with Palladium. This store does, and was in fact very friendly and professional over the phone. Most of the other stores had no idea what I was talking about and were in fact very rude.
