The customer service here is under par. The associates must not like to make money. It could be better. I purchased a ring and they told me there was no fee for sizing it. I arrive there 5 days later and they tell me its $40. That amount shouldnt make or break anyone. It comes down to principle at that point. Dont feed me a lie just to make a sell. They need to be up front with their customers. Maybe thats why I was the only one in Zales and Kays was so packed you would think they were giving diamonds away. Im not one to point fingers or name names so I wont mention the associate. Zales management needs to take responsibility to make sure they are clear with customers. They ended up helping me out and taking care of it. Just make sure you get the facts in writing before you walk out of there.

Their customer service is the worst I have experience in a long time. Their staff is awful with the exception of one clerk. I found same item with another jeweler at a better price and better service. When they (Zales Rep) are trying to sell you something they are great but when you come back for a service on the item (with the warranty we purchased) they are not. Really sad service

Had a terrible experience, first they neglected to mention it would take 10 weeks to receive the item. We called and they said the order was ready, then laughed in our faces because we came up and asked. Zales corporate was just as rude when we filed a complaint. I will never purchase anything from this store or company again. Had nothing but rude assholes the entire time so far.

Its an awesome place and they will go above and beyond to get you what you want... I have literally walked in with 0 dollars and walked out with a flawless 2 karat diamond ring for my wife... I would recommend this store to anyone looking for awesome jewelry at an affordable price!!!

If I could give less than one star I would the nasty sales lady wouldent even help me. I needed a box for a name brand engagement ring and was turned away to give my soon to be wife a name brand ring in a generic Zales box wont visit this location again Ever.

Ive had a loaner ring for going on 9 weeks! I continue to get the run around on my ring that was specially ordered! I have no realized they where trying to run out the return policy so the ring couldnt be returned! Never buy from them again.

They dont even acknowledge when you enter the store. It takes no time when bust to let other customers know youll be right with them. Instead youre invisible as if your time and money doesnt matter.
