Got to the store at 6:55, 5 minutes before close, doors were locked. Just needed a sawzall blade. Ive tried to give this place all my business to help support the smaller guys even though theyre a little higher in price than the bigger box stores, not anymore. If youre gonna lock the doors at 6:55 then change your hours instead of wasting peoples time. I work 6:30 to 5 during the week so I understand being tired and wanting to go home, but Im also in the customer service business and I understand I cant always leave AT 5:00 if my customers need me for a few minutes past then. I understand my $5 or $10 a month wont effect youre bottom line, just wanted to share my experience. No hard feelings, wish you guys well.
