Ace gave my number to a guy to come put up my security door. Long story short, the guy IS NOT an installer but used to work for ACE. He only worked there one week. He not only butchered the job but put in screws that didnt go to the security door and he left 3 holes without screws and left space between the door frame and security door. Im now out of $200 and still have to buy the door knobs and dead bolt. SMH!!! He said he would come back to finish the screws but I havent heard from him nor is he answering his phone. Called ACE and they got an attitude with me. Should have dealt with Lowes instead. Beware of these people, all kinds of employee BS going on and the store WILL NOT take responsibility.
