The cookies are good but the delivery service is terrible. You either have a long wait with no communication, other than you calling, or you dont receive your order at all. The last time I ordered it took over two hours and three phone calls to receive my order... that was about two years ago. Then I placed an order online tonight and waited the same amount of time but this time there was no order received. However, both the tracker and customer service informed me it was delivered. Actually, the first time I called customer service, they told me it was marked as delivered but was still "out for delivery" and was on the way. That was at the two hour mark. I waited 30 more minutes to be told it was "delivered" half an hour before the first call and the store said no one answered so they returned the order to the store... yet I never received a phone call on either phone I listed, nor was there a knock at the door (I was awake and sitting about 10 feet away), text, or anything. And we are not far from the store either. Customer service was friendly and cancelled the order but the situation is ridiculous.

I wouldnt recommmed using delivery AT ALL THE WORST SERVICE. Twice Ive ordered from them and both were bad experiences. First time I order I was given raw cookies (very under cooked). & the second time I order I never received my order.& each time the orders were 2 hour waits smh If I was pressed for $10 I would of course make a big deal to corporate & get my money back for a second time LOL but they have lost my business & wont get another dime from me (: I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Better off baking your own

Had a company order 250 cookies a day before they were needed. Management read the order wrong, lucky my manager stopped in at 6 to check in on things the day of, with the order being picked up at 10 the same night. Ample time to make the one product they sell. Sat for over an hour for my order to be finished, despite the cookies needing to be dropped off around 10:15 a fourth of the mile down the street. Management: hire competent people. Stack your staff. Stop making excuses.

YUM!! Es muy delicioso! The cookies are warm and a little gooey - fresh out of the oven. Sooo goood. Insomnia Cookies has to be one of the top 5 perks of living in Louisville. However, when we moved to West St Catherine in Old Louisville and tried ordering, we found out that we are out of their delivery range. :( I think when we move to another apartment well double check to see if were within Insomnia Cookie range. Seriously, this place is so awesome. Great idea!

Ordered at 8:58pm and I called at 10pm to check on my order. They said mine was the next one to go out for delivery. Its now 10:30pm and I called to check on it again and they said the same thing. I loved this place last summer. They used to be great, but I will not be wasting my time ordering from here anymore. VERY slow service and no explanation.

Customers cant use the bathroom. We use to use the bathroom before and last time I get there they wont let us. This makes me never go back there. If the owner is reading this comment please change that policy or else u loosing many customer. How can someone dine in I cant even use the bathroom come on.

The customer service is horrible, it was my favorite cookie place, i come from mount washington to buy cookies here. I went in to get cookies in the rain while my bf parked the young guy refused to serve me until he parked. I want his job now. Thanks for tge wasted gas.

No complaints here. The cookies are the best Ive ever had, they also serve drinks and ice cream, they deliver and are open until THREE A.M., and the cashier, delivery drivers and all other staff are so chill and nice.

Waited 2 hours for delivery before we called to cancel our order. Wait time is ridiculous. You could go to the store, buy ingredients, go home and make fresh cookies quicker than Insomnia Cookies could deliver.

Admittedly, the cookies are very good if you get them warm. But... Ask yourself if youre willing to pay $1.50 for a cookie ($1.21/ea for 24) before going here. Superb hours.
