My family went there last night around 9 30 pm to get some shakes and ice cream . We were curious as to what a few flavors were so we asked the girl taking our orders if she in fact could describe the shake in question . Her response was to giggle and reply she doesnt eat ice cream . So I opted for a sundea . This time she replies that they are out of hot fudge but can give me a choc ice cream sundea ? My response was ..wouldnt that just be a cup of choc ice cream then ? She giggled some more and i proceeded to contact the manager . The manager let us try the flavored shake in question and even covered the shakes that were ordered while apologizing for her immature cashier . Overall it was a wtf moment and Ill be going to dairy Queen instead.better training needed with less immature kids working the costumer service side of things.

I went there during happy Hour and my corn dog was raw in the middle. This has happened to me several times especially when theyre having a corn dog promotion for 50 cents a piece. They have great tatertots, a little greasy so I use a napkin to wipe the excess grease off. Make sure to ask for napkins and condiments that you might need because they dont give you anything unless you ask. I dont think a person should have to ask for napkins but stingy is as stingy does. Their ice cream, sundaes and shakes are really good. If you go after 8PM the shakes are 1/2 off. They also have good Lemonade slushies and you can order extra shots of lemon for a small price.

I want to apologize to everyone who has reviewed previously as they have had some awful employees and poor management in the past. The old managers who were GREAT, left for a while.. but theyre back and better than ever! 1/2 prices shakes starting at 8pm EVERY DAY.. $0.99 LARGE drinks from 6am - 10am EVERY DAY.. and much more to offer. I can almost guarantee youll now be satisfied with your customer service and your food/drinks as well. Im so happy the old managers are back!

Happy Hour is great, slushes/lemonades/sodas are always on point, food is usually good but very greasy. Ice cream is the problem. I always order the same milkshake and have never gotten the same result twice. Asking for modifications to an order is pointless since they dont seem to check before they complete the order. The servers are all lovely people and service is fast though not particularly great.

This sonic is one of the worse i have visited. They could be a lot better if they would worry about Customer satisfaction and preparing their order properly then smoking out back talking to each other. I order a ultimate burrito, a burrito costing over $4. Instead they cant even make that right. I should get my moneys worth. I will not be going back there again.

Food is inconsistent. Sometimes its great. Sometimes its overcooked or feels like its been sitting out too long. Happy hour is great and all of their drink choices make it a place we visit a couple times a month. Many times we just get the drinks though due to the food inconsistency.

Good burgers, tots. CHERRY LIMEADE and STRAWBERRY Sierra Mist!! Sundaes! Should play only 50s music. I think late-night they should do drive-thru only. I felt sorry for the teenage girl going out to cars at night to bring orders. I wouldnt want my daughter doing that.

Great food, good selection, and friendly service. Easily my favorite fast food chain. This location sometimes has slightly long wait times, but I think this may be because they are understaffed, as the employees there do a great job and are eager to help.

I love this place, the food is great, Ive never had a bad experience here, the one in Radcliff is awful, the food sucks at Radcliff they never get your order right, thats why I always go to etown and I live in Radcliff

Dont go through the drive thru and expect your order to be accurate. However, when you park and order your food, the service is fast and friendly. The food is exactly what one can expect from a fast food place.

I had the spicy buffalo chicken it was awesome!!! And a cherry dr. pepper with cheese tater tots.... And I highly recommend the custard concrete Reeses peanut butter banana shake its ridiculous!!!

The place is dirty and the wait was about 15 minutes. Granted I got out of my car to get my girls there milk shakes. I was going to rate this a 2 star until I tried the frozen custard.
