Incompetent, poor communication, and no sense of customer service. I had an appointment and showed up early- they kept me waiting for amost half an hour! Once the salesperson finally got around to me, she was of no use. She was such a poor communicator, had little knowledge of any of the products, and she would constantly go off on these random tangents that I had no interest in (like recommending fixtures that I explicitly said I did not like or did not need). I will never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trip and purchase your lighting somewhere else.

Im sure they treat contractors very well. But as lowly retail customers, it seems you must chase salespeople down. They run their little counter and expect you to come to them. They run it like a parts counter, when retail customers want to point and ask questions of the actual products out on the sales floor. We left pretty quick, despite coming in with a $3k lighting budget. The salespeople are really nice I will say, and once I told them I was frustrated with how hard it was to keep track of someone, they took heed. But it wasnt enough to earn my business.

Stopped in one day out of the blue to browse...wonderful show room and helpful employees. They leave you alone (instead of hovering) so you can look and then ask questions. Ill probably buy all my lighting fixtures from here because of the excellent selection

Should not be so close to a residential area its right behind a house trucks come and go every 5 minutes ! The people that work here are rude
